Démarrage lent d'Ubuntu 16
Bonjour,
J'ai installé Ubuntu 16 hier, tout s'est bien passé et j'aimerais que vous m'expliquiez comment faire pour que mon PC arrive le plus vite possible au bureau au démarrage ?
Il met 50 secondes là. Trop long pour moi qui avait l'habitude de 20 secondes sur Win 10. Je suis débutant donc utilisez un vocabulaire "normal" et facilement compréhensible svp.

Bonjour,
Plutôt que de te lamenter sur le démarrage lent d'Ubuntu, je te suggère de te renseigner sur le prétendu démarrage rapide de windiows… Où tu apprendras ce ce démarrage est rapide parce que windows triche pour te faire croire qu'il démarre rapidement !

je te suggère de te renseigner sur le prétendu démarrage rapide de windiows… Où tu apprendras ce ce démarrage est rapide parce que windows triche pour te faire croire qu'il démarre rapidement !
WIndows se met en effet en veille prolongée au lieu de vraiment s'éteindre. D'ailleurs cette fonctionnalité empêche Ubuntu d'accéder à tes partitions Windows pour info, si jamais tu en as besoin.
Sinon pour en revenir au soucis, tes deux OS sont installés sur le même disque ? SSD ou disque dur ?
Peux-tu nous fournir un rapport bisnext ? Voici la procédure, tu dois ouvrir un terminal (hop, baptême de terminal

J'ai choisi l'installation d'Ubuntu qui efface Windows et c'est sur un disque dur.
D'ailleurs j'ai aussi 2 autres soucis que j'ai partiellement réglés :
- La luminosité de l'écran qui était à fond et qui le restait même en appuyant sur les touches concernées ou meme en essayant de régler dans le menu luminosité des paramètres du système. J'ai réglé ce soucis en suivant un tutoriel que j'ai trouvé sur un forum. Ensuite, à chaque démarrage du PC la luminosité se remettait à fond donc obligé de la baisser à chaque fois. J'ai réglé ce soucis là avec un autre tutoriel. Le dernier petit soucis qu'il reste c'est que je ne peux pas régler la luminosité précisément. Je l'ai réglé à 1 cran sur 10, mais le PC démarre en la mettant à 3 sur 10.
- Le son est de mauvaise qualité comparé à quand j'étais sous Win 10. Le système "Beats Audio" était parfaitement bien géré. 2 hauts parleurs et 1 subwoofer tous intégrés dans le PC portable. Là sous Ubuntu le matériel n'est pas reconnu je pense, donc il est mal utilisé. J'ai suivi un tutoriel mais la qualité de son est toujours médiocre.

Mais tu peux éventuellement appuyer sur une flèche directionnelle (gauche ou droite) pendant le démarrage pour voir la procédure de démarrage (sous forme de lignes qui défilent.) et voir s'il y a des étapes qui restent bloquées longtemps ou contiennent des erreurs.
Car vu ta config ça devrait être bien plus rapide oui.

J'ai installé Ubuntu 16 hier, tout s'est bien passé et j'aimerais que vous m'expliquiez comment faire pour que mon PC arrive le plus vite possible au bureau au démarrage ?
Il met 50 secondes là. Trop long pour moi qui avait l'habitude de 20 secondes sur Win 10. Je suis débutant donc utilisez un vocabulaire "normal" et facilement compréhensible svp.Merci beaucoup !

Utiliser REFIND au lieu du GRUB https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/refind . Aidez à vous faire dépanner en suivant le guide et en utilisant les outils de diagnostic J'ai perdu ma gomme. Désolé pour les fautes d'orthographes non corrigées.

Plutôt que de te lamenter sur le démarrage lent d'Ubuntu, je te suggère de te renseigner sur le prétendu démarrage rapide de windiows… Où tu apprendras ce ce démarrage est rapide parce que windows triche pour te faire croire qu'il démarre rapidement !
Donc Windows est plus malin et efficace qu'Ubuntu pour démarrer rapidement. CQFD

Ubuntu appelle un chat un chat
Windows : éteindre = veille prolongée.
Ubuntu : éteindre = éteindre, veille prolongée = veille prolongée.
Mais il doit y avoir un soucis pour que tu mette 50 secondes à démarrer. Ça reste trop élevé vu ta config.

Passe sur un bureau MATE ou xFCE c'est déjà plus rapide
PS: Quand Windows pourra graver des disques tout seul sans logiciels ce sera un exploit alors dit pas que windows est plus malin

Alors ne l'arrêtes pas ou mets-le en hibernation ou en sommeil. Tu verras bien s'il sait se réveiller correctement. Si oui, tu verras que c'est très bien comme fonctionnement.

J'ai pas le mode hibernation, j'ai que : mettre en veille, redémarrer et éteindre. Donc faut faire comment pour l'hibernation ?

Dans ce cas la mise en veille d'Ubuntu est égale à la mise en veille de windows.
Quand j’arrêtais windows les 2 voyants d'alimentation de mon PC étaient éteints, or quand je mettais en veille windows et que je mets en veille ubuntu, les 2 voyants d'alimentation clignotent.
Donc si je suis en veille et que je débranche mon cordon d'alimentation ça risque de créer un problème.

Tu fonctionneras sur batterie. Cela consomme très très peu (une semaine de vie ?) et lorsque la batterie devient insuffisante, ubuntu fait le nécessaire pour sauver le contenu dans la partition swap.
Pour vérifier que l'hibernation fonctionne bien......
sudo pm-hibernateAu redémarrage tu dois retrouver tes documents tels qu'ils étaient.
et tu peux même re-coller la ligne de commande si tu l'avais sauvée avant de la lancer.

PS: Je n'ai pas souvenir d'avoir fait quoique ce soit pour que cela fonctionne.

Quand mon PC démarre, au début pendant 20 secondes j'ai l'écran violet d'ubuntu, ensuite pendant 30 secondes j'ai un écran noir, et finalement le bureau apparaît.
C'est normal cet écran noir ?

L'écran noir est normal oui. Si tu appuie sur la flèche de gauche ou de droite pendant cet écran, tu vois normalement le processus de démarrage (Et tu peux éventuellement voir si une étape dure anormalement longtemps et nous la donner ici.)

J'ai appuyé sur les flèches et ça n'a rien fait. J'ai appuyé aussi sur les flèches du pavé numérique et ça n'a rien fait non plus.

Tu sais comment faire pour changer de place une icône dans le lanceur ? Là quand je clic et que je reste appuyé sur une icone et que j'essaye de la déplacer, elle ne bouge pas, c'est verrouillé.

Je n'utilise pas Ubuntu depuis assez longtemps pour avoir connu ton cas hélas. Mais la carte hybride Intel/AMD serait sans doute une piste que les plus calés que moi pourraient explorer :

Je pense aussi que ça vient de la carte AMD.
Je dois peut etre installer un pilote AMD disponible sur cette page ?
