Systèmes inaccessibles suite à une manipulation inappropriée

Bonjour tout le monde ! J’ai installé Linux Ubuntu en dual boot avec Windows 7 sur la même partition .Au début  ça marchait à merveille mais après tout est bloqué et les systèmes  sont devenu complètement inaccessibles  (le Grub  et le MBR de windows7) suite à une manipulation incorrecte par un utilisateur peu initié .quand j’allume l’ordinateur, je vois un écran noir avec un message d’erreur   ‘’   error unknown file system  Grub rescue>  ‘’ j’ai alors compris qu’il faut taper des commandes or moi je ne maitrise pas le système linux et j’ai tenté des réparations en vain . Tout d’abord j’ai essayé de réparer le MBR de Windows 7 en utilisant un disque de réparation système  que j’ai  créé  précédemment  mais ça n’a pas marché, j’ai ensuite tenté de restaurer Windows avec son image (recovery)  sans résultat, il s’est avéré que cette  cette partition était endommagé .et j’ai encore essayé le boot-repair de linux Ubuntu à partir du live cd mais ça n’a rien donné et je n’arrive plus à accéder à la partition de Linux. C’est Windows qui tente de se charger et se solde par un échec. Je voudrais savoir s’il existe une solution à ce problème, si quel qu’un a une idée pour récupérer ces partitions  ou je dois impérativement formater le disque et réinstaller le système (solution que je souhaiterai évité). Moi  j’attends vos réponses avec impatience  et votre aide me sera précieuse et je vous remercie beaucoup !.

Bonjour,
Tu dois réinstaller Grub, en utilisant une clé usb ubuntu live, en mode legacy (non EFI).
Arrivé dans ubuntu live, monte la partition de ton linux. Puis, tape cette commande, en remplaçant le nom d'utilisateur par celui de la session live de ubuntu et le point de montage.

sudo grub-install --root-directory=/media/NomUtilisateur/pointMontagePartitionContenantBoot /dev/sda # Sans le chiffre à la fin
# exemple : sudo grub-install --root-directory=/media/ubuntu-live/564980254 /dev/sda # sda SANS le chiffre
sudo update-grub

C'est facile, la seule difficulté est de récupérer le bon chemin de ta partition monté de ton linux. J'ai pourtant vue plusieurs membre débutants échoué... Prends ton temps

Le Boot-Info que tu as collé dans le post #3 montre que tu n'as plus de Ubuntu et que tu n'as plus de Windows non plus. Tu as réussi à faire le grand vide. Si tu as des données précieuses à récupérer dans ces installations disparues, il est peut-être possible de les récupérer en t'adressant à un spécialiste de la récupération de données. Si tu as la chance d'avoir fait une sauvegarde de tes données et de n'avoir pas de données à récupérer, il faut tout réinstaller : Windows tout neuf d'abord et Ubuntu tout neuf ensuite.
