[Résolu]Aide/conseil après un boot repair en intallant Ubuntu

bonjour, voilà mon soucis :
J'avais un dual boot sur mon pc et comme je ne me sert absolument jamais de Windows j'ai voulu ré-installer seulement Ubuntu à partir d'une clé usb, mais au cours de l'installation je me suis retrouvé avec le message suivant "le paquet grub-efi-amd64-signed n'a pas pu être installé dans /target, en l'absence de démarrage GRUB, le système installé ne pourra pas démarrer".
J'ai donc du faire une belle connerie et après un bon moment de panique et en cherchant de l'aide sur la doc ubuntu j'ai utilisé Boot Repair. Ma machine refonctionne donc mais dans le menu grub je me retrouve avec : la ligne "ubuntu" pour démarrer, une ligne "options avancées..." et "system setup" ça c'est normal, mais j'ai aussi deux autres lignes "EFI/ubuntu/fwupx64.efi" et "EFI/ubuntu/mnx64.efi" et je n'ai jamais eu ça dans un menu grub, il me semble que d'habitude c'est plutôt "memory test" ou quelque chose comme ça.

Donc plusieurs questions : Est-ce normal ? Est ce que je dois finaliser quelque chose ? Est ce que je peux sans problème installer une autre version Ubuntu sans tout casser encore une fois ? J'ai installé en mode UEFI avec Secure Boot désactivé et j'ai cru lire quelque part qu'il vaut mieux installer en mode Legacy, est ce que mon problème au départ ne vient pas de là ?

Merci de vos conseils, comme vous pouvez le constater j'ai un niveau plutôt moyen en informatique et là je n'ose plus rien faire sur ce pc portable récemment acheté.

Bonjour,
Déshabillez-vous, je vais vous examiner.
Je te prie de faire un Boot-Info depuis une session de ton Ubuntu installé. Tu suivras la partie "Cas où au moins un ubuntu installé sur disque est opérationnel" du paragraphe 1.1 Installation. Quand ce sera fait, tu lanceras Boot-Info comme indiqué dans le paragraphe 1.2 Utilisation
Tu donneras l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse.

Cette install est correcte. Les lignes "EFI/ubuntu/fwupx64.efi" et "EFI/ubuntu/mmx64.efi" ont été créées par Boot-Repair. Je te conseille de les conserver.
Je ne comprends pas "Est ce que je peux sans problème installer une autre version Ubuntu sans tout casser encore une fois ?" que tu as proféré dans le post #1. Pourquoi veux-tu installer une autre version Ubuntu alors que celle qui est actuellement installée est fonctionnelle ?
EDIT : j'oubliais ta question sur le mode Legacy, Oui, tu aurais pu installer en mode Legacy mais du fait que tu as réussi (avec l'aide de Boot-Repair) une installation correcte en mode EFI, je ne vois pas l'intérêt qu'il y aurait à tout réinstaller en mode Legacy.

En fait j'ai l'impression que la version installée est "corrompu" si je peux dire. Elle ne se met pas à jour, je suis bloqué sur la version 16.04 alors que normalement c'est 16.04.4 même après toutes les mises à jour effectuées, j'ai pleins de bugs que je n'avais pas avant, des logiciels qui ne veulent pas s'installer etc. Je pensais regraver une iso propre de 16.04.4 et réinstaller.
Ensuite je crains une nouvelle installation car la dernière fois que je l'ai fait, c'est à dire simplement à partir d'une clé usb bootable, j'ai apparemment "cassé" le grub, donc si je veux installer 16.04.4 ou peut être la prochaine 18.04 je me pose la question. Tu me dis de conserver les lignes "EFI..." mais si j'installe une autre version qu'est ce qui va se passer ?

T'as bien installé la 160404

Pour ton affaire de /target ce peut-etre parce que tu as opté d'etre connecté au réseau durant l'installation, ce qu'il faut éviter.
