[Résolu] Problème au démarage - Problème d'affichage

Bonjour,
la procédure de démarrage se bloque de la façon suivante :

apparition de la page ubuntu avec le chenillard,
puis écran noir avec texte qui apparaît puis disparaît plusieurs fois ;
retour au chenillard, et rebelote avec écran noir et texte (toujours le me clignotant.

j'ai fait un démarrage en mode recoverry : dans la procedure dpkg, ça proposait un ajout de deux programmes. j'ai accepté, cependant la procédure à échouée plusieurs fois "connection interrompue".

J'ai démarré avec le CD ubuntu 16.04.LTS d'installation.

En suivant les conseils du forum, j'ai utilisé boot-repair.
j'ai essayé de démarrer sur un live usb bootrepair. malgré le réglage du bios pour que la clé démarre en UEFI et soit lue en premier, l'ordinateur ne boot pas sur la clé.

j'ai lancé boot-repair à partir de ma session sur le CD de Ubuntu :

Selon les recommandation de boot-repair, j'ai redémarré en suivant la recommandation de réglage du boot pour un démarrage sur le fichier sda1/EFI/ubuntu/shimx64.efi et là réponse a été que l'accès à ce fichier n'était pas possible.

Essaie de refaire ton install en mode normal dans ton bios

Bonjour
Si tu tentais  d'ajouter l'option nomodeset  au noyau au lieu de refaire une installation qui va peut-être redonner la même chose

Winux 12, je ne sais pas comment faire ce que tu propose : "Essaie de refaire ton install en mode normal dans ton bios"

Finalement j'ai trouvé comment faire vos propositions. Voici le résultat :

j'ai ensuite redémarré.
Au Grub j'ai choisit "EFI/ubuntu/mmx64.efi". C'est le seul moyen que j'ai trouvé pour suivre les conseils de Boot-Repairs (régler le boot sur sda1/EFI/ubuntu/shimx64.efi).
Dans MOK j'ai suivi "enroll key from disk" : résultat 

unsupported format

        puis j'ai suivi "enroll key from hash" : résultat 

error hash failed (did you select a valid EFI binary ?) : (OxE) Not Found

finalement je suis revenu au GRUB et j'ai lancé Ubuntu en mode normal avec toujours le même résultat.

Je suis sur le cd Ubuntu d'installation.
J'ai accès à mes fichiers perso fichiers du DD.
Je précise que j'ai vérifié le DD avec "utilitaire de disque" et qu'il est reconnu "sain".
Je n'ai pas pu installer "smartmontools" (l'installation n'a pas aboutie) pour une analyse plus poussée.

Tu as fais un mauvais copier/coller, Le rapport du boot-info n'est pas accessible.

Qu'elle est la référence de ta carte graphique ?

Les deux seuls programmes de boot utiles sont    /EFI/ubuntu/grubx64.efi  et /EFI/ubuntu/shimx64.efi

Utiliser REFIND au lieu du GRUB https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/refind . Aidez à vous faire dépanner en suivant le guide et en utilisant les outils de diagnostic J'ai perdu ma gomme. Désolé pour les fautes d'orthographes non corrigées.

Je ne sais pas comment tu fais pour aller à la pêche  aux boot-infos.
Mais je crains que ce que tu as sauvé ne soit pas le bon.

Bonjour xubu1957,
J'ai essayé de redémarrer mais j'en suis toujours au même point. je choisi le fichier .../shimx64.efi dans le grub et la manip n'aboutit pas. Je reprend le boot "normal" et le démarrage patine à un certain moment.
La recommandation de Boot-repair est de régler le BIOS pour démarrer sur un fichier précis. Je sais juste régler les priorités de lecture des périphériques, mais choisir un fichier précis... comment faire?

Donc ton boot est parfait. D'ailleurs , tu dis que tu vois le chenillard.
C'est donc un problème autre. 

Dans 80% des cas, c'est la carte graphique. et dans 80% des cas, l'option nomodest, aide beaucoup.

J'ai vu ton premier essai disant que tu as pu booter en mode recovery

Il faut que tu insistes sur cette technique qui va permettre d'aiguiller un  problème qui peut ne pas être graphique, J'ai relevé
"j'ai fait un démarrage en mode recoverry : dans la procedure dpkg, ça proposait un ajout de deux programmes. j'ai accepté, cependant la procédure à échouée plusieurs fois "connection interrompue"."

Il faut que tu recommences pour donner les noms exacts des programmes  au cas où cela serait encore pareil.
Si c'est le cas, il faut activer la connexion réseau avec cette  technique ( https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/recovery_mode … ets_brises )

Sans savoir si c'est utile, on va quand meme regarder l'état du disque, en utilisant ton support d'installation

avant de tout relancer pour faire les manip que tu proposes en mode recovery, j'ai voulu installer smartmontools et la procédure d'installation n'aboutit pas, elle reste bloqué sur "application des changements". Je ne peux donc pas tester le DD avec cet outils.
J'avais fait une analyse sur Gparted qui n'avait rien décelé. l'utilitaire de disque affirme que le DD est sain.

Autre chose : en rebootant à partir du mode recovery, dans le défilement de texte qui suit, apparaît en rouge la mention

"FAILED to start...."

et ça passe trop vite pour être plus précis (je ne sais pas arrêter le défilement - la touche "arrêt défil" est inopérante).

Merci de rebooter  avec ton support d'installation

Tu choisis "essayer avant d'installer"
Tu passes le clavier en français en frappant    setxkb,qp fr afin que cela s'affiche    setxkbmap fr

Tu  regardes que le réseau fonctionne en faisant cette commande

ping -c5 www.google.com

Puis tu installes smartctl et tu donnes la totalité du retour au moment où cela bloque

sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends smartmontools

Car je ne comprends pas cette phrase "application des changements"

Si cela marche, tu donnes le retour de 

sudo smartctl   -s  on    -a  /dev/sda

Puis de

sudo bootinfoscript T
cat T

et tu en postes le retour


Si tu rebootes en mode recovery, lorsque tu auras un peu la main après le failed Tu fais les actions suivantes
A) Frappe des commandes

dmesg  > /TRACE1
journalctl -er > /TRACE2

B) Tu rebootes en live USB en mode essayer....

C) Tu montes la partition / avec la commande
sudo mount -v /dev/sda2    /mnt

D) Tu  listes la  première trace via la commande

cat    /mnt/TRACE1

E) Elle sera très volumineuse mais tu en fais un copier/coller que tu mets dans cette discussion.  J'essayerais de voir une piste

F) Tu  listes la  seconde trace via la commande

cat    /mnt/TRACE2

Cela fait beaucoup de choses a te demander, mais je rien vu de particulier sur les cartes graphiques de ton modèle.

j'ai fais les manips proposées. j'en suis au même point. je suis revenu sur le live CD.
ce qui a changé, c'est que le chenillard apparaît avec un pb d'affichage :
- soit occupe la 1/2 sup de l'écran avec un affichage rayé et imprécis
- soit au milieu d'un écran noir avec juste les points blancs du chenillard

quand la procédure patine ainsi, on dirait que le DD tourne très peu (très faible clignotement du témoin de façade).

Pour revenir à la ligne où apparaît "Failed..." j'ai pu lire la première ligne : "FAILED to start LSB appARMOR Initialization"

Es-tu en train de dire que tu n'arrives plus à booter avec ton support d'installation et avoir la grille qui propose le choix de boot ? alors que c'est avec elle que tu as installé ubuntu! 
C'est un CDROM ou une clé USB?


Si tu as le choix de boot avec ce support d'installation, merci de prendre la dernière oprtion "check disk for defect".

J'attends le contrôle du support d'installation puis les deux traces

Si tu n'avais déjà pas recommencé ton installation, je t'aurais demandé de la refaire en surveillant bien car le message que tu indiques est souvent causé par des applications non installées ou mal installées.
D'où le contrôle du support d'installation.

Mon seul accès  à ubuntu est avec le CDrom d'installation 16.04, "essai sans installation" au Grub.
C'est sur le DD (ubuntu 16.04) que je n'arrive pas à booter. Quand je suis en mode recovery, c'est en bootant sans le CD.

j'espère être assez précis.
