[Réglé] 20 secondes d'attente avant déblocage du boot : une idée ?

Bonjour,

Sur le PC HP (pc de bureau) de quelqu'un de ma famille avec la distribution "Ubuntu Mate 18.04", il y a un soucis au niveau du boot. D'abord sachez que ce n'est pas spécifique à l'environnement Mate puisque cela fait la même chose avec la version classique d'Ubuntu (Gnome) ou même des variantes comme Linux Mint avec Cinnamon.

En faite au moment du grub, quand on sélection "Ubuntu", la système ne va pas booter tous de suite (le voyant du disque dur ne s'allume pas) et cela pendant environ 20 secondes (19" pour être précis) donc avec un écran totalement noir ou rien ne se passe. Au bout de ses 20 secondes le chargement de l'OS commence à charger avec le logo ubuntu (et le voyant disque dur qui clignote) et à une vitesse normale.

Donc le soucis ce situe avant le chargement de la distrib linux, auriez-vous une idée de ce qui pourrai bloquer ?

A noté que la commande "systemd-analyse" ne montre pas le blocage car il doit prendre en compte le début seulement au moment ou ça commence à charger (ce qui est logique) donc le temps qui l'affiche est tout à fait bon (il est équipé d'un SSD bien que ça soit sur un pc plus trop récent) :

Startup finished in 5.851s (kernel) + 5.494s (userspace) = 11.345s

mais comme je l'ai indiqué, le problème se situe avant le lancement des premiers services avec SystemD donc il ne prend pas en compte les 20 secondes d'attente précédente ou rien ne se passe.
C'est dommage que le temps de boot soit doublé uniquement a cause de l'attente inutile au début.
A noté que j'ai testé en sélectionnant l'ancienne version du noyau (4.15.0-23) et ça ne change rien, pas sûr que ça vienne du noyau)

Salut,
Ni manip, ni solution, malheureusement, mais une remarque :
Puisque tu obtiens le même résultat avec plusieurs versions de systèmes ou de distribution, il y a peu de chances que cette attente soit liée à la version 18.04... Est-ce que ça ne le faisait pas avant, sur une version antérieure, comme la 16.04 par exemple ?
Je ne sais pas à quel moment la journalisation du log commence au démarrage, mais je suppose que ça part au minimum du moment où le système lui-même commence à se charger. Donc cette latence intervenant avant serait à rechercher dans les procédures exécutées par le bios de la machine, non ? Y a-t-il une trace quelconque, un log ou une trace sur l'écran de démarrage, où tu pourrais voir à quel niveau il bloque et, peut-être (soyons fous), sur quoi il renâcle ?


Plus de 50 ans d'informatique, ça en fait des lignes de commandes en console, mais on n'avait pas le choix...
Excellente raison pour, aujourd'hui qu'on le peut, utiliser au maximum les INTERFACES GRAPHIQUES !

il n'y a rien d'affiché au moment ou ça bloque, même en activant le mode verbeux de grub, ça reste sur un écran noir et le disque dur ne travail pas.

Sinon avant il n'avait pas de SSD et n'était pas sous linux donc je pouvais pas comparer (le temps était quand même plus long il me semble)

Sinon la commande "dmesg" n'affiche pas le problème car ça bloque avant.

Tu devrais regarder l'état physique de ton SSD avec smartctl paragraphe 1 et 3.1 de https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/smartmontools
Je pense particulièrement au compteur "calibration retry count"


Utiliser REFIND au lieu du GRUB https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/refind . Aidez à vous faire dépanner en suivant le guide et en utilisant les outils de diagnostic J'ai perdu ma gomme. Désolé pour les fautes d'orthographes non corrigées.

Salut,

Afin de réinitialiser le matériel, tu peux, après l'avoir éteint, débrancher le câble d'alimentation pendant 5 minutes. Ensuite, tu réessayes de démarrer.

Le SSD est neuf, ça ne venait pas de là.

J'ai pu régler problème, je ne sais pas la cause exact du problème mais j'ai remis les paramètres du bios avec les réglages par défaut et maintenant ça boot directement sans attente.
