La ligne BootOrder indique que le démarrage par défaut se fait (après réparation) sur l'entrée 0000 qui est l'entrée pour Ubuntu. C'est pour cette raison qu'après cette réparation, tu t'es retrouvé avec le menu Grub au démarrage (le menu que tu as noté dans le post #22)
