ubuntu 19.10 et boot probleme

Bonjour tout le monde,
je voulais installer ubuntu 19.10 et je me retrouve avec un ordi bloqué.
message que je reçois est
entering rescue mode
grub rescue:

je n ai aucune idée qu est ce que je dois faire.
toute aide est la bienvenue
merci

bonjour
j,ai mis usb pour demarrer en session live: j'ai choisi assayer ubuntu
ensuite, j ai lancé firefox pour me rendre au site que tu m'as indiqué.
Une page s'est ouverte ou javais le choix de cliquer sur rapport pour avoir le numero, malheureusement , il ne s'est rien passé

j ai lancé ubuntu à partir d'une clé usb, ensuite firefox, ensuite la commande à partir d'un terminal et voici le résultat.

Salut,

Boot-info script est un outil un peu foireux, mais on va s'en contenter. Il semble dire que tu as un problème avec des partitions, notamment les partitions Linux :

Moi, je ne peux pas t'aider car j'ignore ce qu'est le type de partition "swsuspend"... mais ça laisse supposer un  état "provisoire" qui n'est pas encourageant. D'ailleurs, ces partitions semblent illisibles pour boot-info script.

Confirme-moi qu'actuellement, rien ne fonctionne. Ni Windows, ni Linux, car je ne suis pas certain que le rapport soit fiable tel quel.

tu as raison , rien ne fonctionne , meme le windows qui est installé en dual boot ne fonctionne pas.

Pour réparer ton Windows, il vaudrait mieux utiliser un outil Windows. Car, il faut déjà supprimer la partie de grub qui s'est logée dans la zone mbr du disque. Tu ne m'as pas dit quel Windows tu utilises.

De toute manière, si la ligne qui suit est juste, j'ai bien peur que tes données Linux soient très difficilement récupérables :

Ça veut dire que la partition n'est occupée que par 2,9 Go, ce qui est bien loin du contenu d'une partition Linux. Comme je te l'ai dit, je ne suis pas compétent pour t'aider.

Tu es trés peu bavard sur les circonstances du plantage.
1) y a-t-il eu quelques lignes d'affichées à l'écran avant ce message.

2)   As-tu eu la grille te proposant le choix d'essayer avant  d'installer ou d'installer
   Mais je pense que Oui.

3) As-tu grille te proposant d'installer sur tout le disque, a la place de ubuntu, à coté?  ou choix autre chose


4) qu'a tu répondu?

5)    as-tu choisis, de formater la partiition

    je pense que non.

6) En logique l'installateur a viré les logiciels et conservé le /home.


Mon conseil.
Reboote, lance gparted
supprime la partition de swap qui est inutile.

puis réinstalle et ne cherche pas à faire hiberner ubuntu


Nota,  je pense que la partition  de swap fut recemment utilisée pour faire hiberner la version 18.10
Son état est alors devenu swsuspend

Salut,
oui je suis peu bavard car je n'ai pas beaucoup d'éléments. Je vais faire un Gparted pour te montrer c'est quoi  les partitions que j'aies. Jevais suivre ton consei, enlwver ce qu'i y a a enlever.

lorsque je voulis passer à ubuntu 19.10, l'ordi  a arreté parce que la batterie s'est competement déchargée.
Je crois que c'est à cause de cela que je vois : linux suspended

c'est à peu près le taux d'occupation d'une partition qui vient d'être reformatée.

je vois que mon problème est sans issue. J,aurais jamais du appuyer sur ce maudit bouton de: upgrade  vers 19.10. J'étais tranquille avec le 18.10
