Problème LiveUSB "plante" pendant utilisation

Bonsoir à tous, j'espère que mon sujet est au bon endroit, sinon je m'en excuse.
J'ai obtenu un nouvel ordinateur récemment et j'ai voulu y installer un dual boot. Après quelques difficultés j'y suis parvenu. Cela marchait très bien, seulement ce cher Windows (pour ne pas le citer) a décidé de détruire mon GRUB après une mise à jour.
Je me suis dit que ce n'était pas vraiment un problème et que je n'avais qu'à faire un boot-repair.
Cependant, lorsque je veux utiliser mon live USB pour le faire, il se met à planter soit dès que j'arrive sur le bureau, soit au bout de quelques minutes (ou pendant le boot-repair lorsque j'arrive à le commencer). L'écran est normal puis se fige, je peux bouger la souris mais je ne peux plus cliquer nulle part, jusqu'à un moment où la souris ne bouge plus du tout. J'ai essayé de pas mal chercher de mon côté et je n'ai trouvé aucune solution. Je n'arrive même plus à booter sur Ubuntu via le redémarrage de Windows (Maj + redémarrer -> périphériques et j'ai Ubuntu qui apparaît, mais c'est Windows qui boote).
- Mon PC est un MSI GL62MVR 7RFX, Windows 10, Ubuntu 18.04
- J'ai remarqué que le boot en security mode posait quelques problèmes notamment lors du boot d'Ubuntu via le redémarrage Windows mais le désactiver ne semble pas régler le problème
- Windows boote en UEFI, pas Ubuntu
- Le live USB fonctionne sur d'autres machines et j'ai changé l'iso plusieurs fois (même avec Ubuntu 16.04)
- Lors du boot-repair, on me spécifie bien qu'il faut désactiver le security mode, je dis oui mais ça plante un peu plus loin

Je suis désolé, j'imagine qu'il faut donner plus d'informations mais je ne sais pas vraiment lesquelles. Merci de votre aide

Comme ton modèle d'ordi est équipé d'une carte graphique dédiée NVIDIA, je pense que tu devrais utiliser le paramètre de noyau nomodeset comme j'explique là : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.p … #p11528561
Explication : lorsque tu démarres en session live, l'affichage est géré par ta carte graphique dédiée NVIDIA mais ça ne marche pas bien parce que le pilote disponible en session live - et qui est sensé commander cette carte - est merdique (il poste le nom crétin de "nouveau" ce pilote). Avec le paramètre de noyau nomodeset, la gestion de l'affichage est confiée à ton processeur (la carte graphique dédiée n'est pas utilisée). Et là l'affichage est correct même s'il n'est pas parfait. Si tu parviens à démarrer une session live par ce moyen, plutôt que de faire directement une réparation avec Boot-Repair, je te prie de faire un Boot-Info et de donner l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse. Après analyse de ce Boot-Info, on pourra te dire si la réparation par Boot-Repair est appropriée ou bien s'il convient de faire autrement.

EDIT : est-ce que Windows 10 était préinstallé à l'achat dans cet ordi ou bien est-ce que c'est toi qui l'as installé ?

En complément de ce qu'a écrit malbo (qui est un fait), pourrais tu donner le retour de

dmesg -lerr

Je voudrais vérifier si ton module WIFI, en plus du driver nouveau, ne met pas le bazarre.

@malbo : côté AMD/ATI/... radeon, c'est pas mieux et en plus sur les cartes anciennes le pilote propriétaire ne fonctionne plus...

Les messages d'erreur remontés par le noyau porte sur le tpm, que fort probablement tu n'utilises pas. Tu vivras sans t'en rendre compte avec ceux-ci

D"après ce que je vois là-dedans, Windows n'a rien cassé dans le démarrage. Sauf qu'il a pu mettre Windows en priorité de démarrage, ce qui est un minuscule problème qui peut être facilement résolu.
Je te prie de presser la touche F11 au démarrage de l'ordi pour faire apparaître le Boot Menu et de sélectionner "ubuntu" dans ce menu. Cela devrait faire apparaître le menu de Grub. Raconte.

Non, ne tente pas de boot-repair maintenant STP

Pour réparer quelque chose, il faut savoir quoi réparer, et pour l'instant, il n'y a à priori pas grand chose à réparer. Boot-repair peut aussi bien résoudre le problème que l'aggraver.

Je regarderai ta photo dans la journée.

Je viens de regarder ta photo. Le boot repair ne va pas résoudre le problème et dans le meilleur des cas, il ne va pas non plus en créer un autre.

Tu as un bios positionné en mode sécure. Dans ce contexte, windows n'est pas autorisé à lancer.
Malbo t'a donné la bonne démarche.    Je ne sais pas trop ce que tu vois dans l'écran. Je pense qu'il y a plusieurs fichiers

Je viens de la faire et cela n'a rien changé : après reboot, le PC a booté directement sur Windows. Il n'y avait bien que cela à faire ?

J'ai obtenu un nouvel ordinateur récemment et j'ai voulu y installer un dual boot. Après quelques difficultés j'y suis parvenu.

Excuse-moi mais je n'ai pas compris ton premier message.

Les difficultés venaient principalement du pilote de carte graphique qui m'empêchaient d'avoir un affichage normal. J'ai eu d'autres soucis mais je ne m'en rappelle pas très bien, et je suis à peu près sûr de ne pas avoir faite cette commande

Edit : en vrai c'est possible, plus je la regarde et plus elle me dit quelque chose. Il y a un moyen de vérifier ?

J'ai essayé les deux façons et aucune n'a donnée de résultat. Depuis la dernière mise à jour qui a cassé mon boot je n'en ai pas eu de nouvelle et aucun message relatif à cela. J'ai vu qu'il y avait possiblement un ordre de boot à changer dans le bios (je crois que c'est quelque chose comme UEFI BBS Hard Drive Boot Order) mais même après avoir Ubuntu en premier dans celui-ci cela ne fonctionne pas. J'ai vraiment l'impression qu'il essaye de booter sur Ubuntu, mais qu'il n'y parvient pas et qu'il va sur Windows par défaut (ce qui est cohérent avec le fait que je ne puisse pas booter sur Ubuntu ni avec le Boot Menu ni avec le menu Shift + Redémarrer de Windows)

c'est à dire la commande
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\ubuntu\shimx64.efi

Cette commande c'est pour le boot en sécure
Si tu as fais cette commande, la mise à jour de windows l'a éliminée.   Il faut alors la refaire.
Mais si tu ne l'as pas faite,  il me semble inutile de la faire. Car elle présente un certain risque.

Mais si tu avais un boot non secure, la commande était
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\ubuntu\grub64.efi

Si tu as bien fait REDEMARER et que windows ne t'a pas dit qu'il restait des mises à jour à finir et que tu as rebooté sur windows
On n'a pas d'autre choix que de la faire.
J'espère simplement que la codification est restée la même avec la nouvelle version de windows.

Travailles en copier/coller car si erreur de frappe, c'est assez compliqué a rectifier
C'est à faire en mode administratif afin d'avoir l'autorisation de modifier
