[Résolu] Pb de redémarrage à l'arrêt de la machine après mise à niveau

Bonjour,

Depuis que j'ai effectué la mise à niveau de la Kubuntu 16.04 LTS à la 18.04.1... j'ai un problème... quand j'arrête ma machine... elle redémarre...
Pour l'arrêter, je suis obligé de faire un appui long sur le bouton power pendant le redémarrage!

J'ai aussi essayé d'arrêter ma machine par un "sudo poweroff"... pareil... la machine redémarre!

Ma machine est un ordinateur portable MSI GE70.

Y a t'il un truc que j'ai loupé... ou s'agit-il d'un bug qui sera résolut dans une prochaine maj ???

Je vois que j'inspire pas grand monde...
Vous avez pas des commandes à me faire taper... par exemple pour connaître mon matériel ??
Ou pour savoir si mon acpi est bien géré ?

À priori je sais pas quelle commande moi... mais si vous me dites... je peux vous faire un retour... histoire de faire avancer le schmilblick!

je n'ai pas de solution mais j'ai aussi migré en 18.04 et depuis je dois faire deux fois déconnexion éteindre ou déconnexion redémarrer à la fois première fois rien ne se passe

Bonjour,

Je viens faire le test de démarrer avec un live-cd de la Kubuntu 18.04... au démarrage j'ai un message furtif qui dit:
Acpi error méthod...
et pourtant l'arrêt de la machine s’effectue correctement... pas de redémarrage!

J'ai donc bien un pb avec ma Kubuntu!

Bonjour,

Hier soir après avoir fait des maj dans la journée... mon ordinateur c'est arrêté normalement... je ne sais pas si c'était grâce ou à cause de la maj, mais l'ordinateur c'est arrêté normalement...
Aujourd'hui j'ai démarré l'ordinateur... puis je l'ai arrêté, histoire de confirmer qu'il s'arrête normalement... ben non... à l'arrêt il a redémarré... le problème n'est pas résolu!

J'ai un nouvel élément concernent mon problème...
Si je débranche le câble réseau Ethernet l'ordinateur s’arrête normalement... par-contre si ce câble réseau est connecté à l'arrêt, ça redémarre!

Une idée du problème ??

Tu avais suivi les recommandations > tutoriel/completer_installation_ubuntu ?

Montre :

sudo apt update

et :

find /etc/apt -name '*.list' -exec bash -c 'echo -e "\n$1\n"; nl -ba "$1"' _ '{}' \;

Conseils pour les nouveaux demandeurs et pas qu'eux

Bonjour, voici les commandes permettant de réparer, nettoyer et de mettre à jour, en une ligne. Peux tu ouvrir le terminal et donner le retour :

Bonjour,

Je viens de faire un test...
J'ai une machine de bureau (une tour desktop) sur laquelle est installée une Lubuntu 18.04.1 LTS sur son disque dur SATA...
J'ai débranché le disque dur de la tour desktop et je l'ai branché via un adaptateur SATA USB sur mon ordinateur portable qui a le problème... puis depuis mon ordinateur portable qui a le problème, je boote sur le disque dur qui est connecté en USB (celui qui contient la Lubuntu 18.04.1 LTS)...
Cela démarre normalement... j'ai accès internet... puis j’arrête l'ordinateur... et là ho miracle l'ordinateur s'arrête normalement!

Donc, je sais pas d'où vient le problème, mais c'est pas un simple bug du noyau!
Personne n'a une idée ??

Salut,

Essaie cette piste : https://askubuntu.com/questions/132143/ … 568#135568

Je recopie ici :

sudo vi /etc/default/grub (ou nano si tu préfères, au choix)

Tu modifies la ligne :

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="acpi=noirq quiet splash"

et tu enregistres le fichier, puis tu fais sudo update-grub

Ton souci vient probablement d'une mauvaise gestion de l'alimentation d'un de tes composants, c'est pour ça que ça fonctionne normalement sur ton autre tour.

Bonjour Mornagest,

Je viens de tester l'option "acpi=noirq"...
Cette option désactive mon clavier... pour avoir accès au clavier, je suis donc obligé de brancher un clavier USB...
Si-non cette option ni change rien... à l'arrêt, malgré l'option... l'ordinateur redémarre!

Une autre idée ??

Peux-tu poster le contenu de ton fichier /var/log/kern.log ? Pas tout, mais essaie de prendre ta session en cours et la précédente, au moment où l'ordinateur devrait s'éteindre mais qu'il redémarre.

Le fichier est horodaté, ça t'aidera à t'y retrouver smile

J'ai pas pensé à te le dire, mais je suppose que tu l'as fait ; sinon, défais la manip en #18 pour retrouver ton clavier, histoire de ne pas galérer pour rien wink

Dans ton log, on ne voit strictement rien qui pourrait aider... en tout cas, rien qui me parle à moi hmm

Est-ce que tu as bien vérifié que le paquet laptop-mode-tools était installé avant de faire la manip du noirq ?
