Est-ce que 2=1 ?

Posons a = 1, b = 1
a = b (1) évident
a×a = a×b (2) on multiplie par a les deux membres
a×a - b×b = a×b - b×b (3) on retranche b×b aux deux membres
a×a + a×b - a×b - b×b = b×( a-b ) (4) on ajoute 0=a×b-a×b à gauche ; on met b en facteur à droite
a×( a+b ) - b×( a+b ) = b×( a-b ) (5) on effectue deux mises en facteur ( par a et b ) à gauche
( a+b )×( a-b ) = b×( a-b ) (6) on met en facteur a+b à gauche
a+b = b (7) on simplifie
2 = 1 (8) et on crie à l'arnaque ... oui, mais où ?

Puisque a=b, il est inutile voire lourd de promener b dans les égalités. On ne va utiliser que a.

A la ligne 6 → ligne 7, tu t'aperçois que tu simplifies en divisant par 0 : houlala !!! Petit cancre !  tongue


Ton petit calcul faux peut servir de démonstration par l'absurde comme quoi la division par 0 est indéterminée.

Nan je ne vois pas de schtroumpfs wink
Je cherchais plus ou moins un truc comme ça sur Linux qui permet le scan avec découvertes de services d'un réseau local, c'est cette discussion qui m'a mis sur la voie.

En y regardant de plus près, le temps est étroitement lié à la phase de la lune.
Oui oui c'est logique, allez-vous me dire mais qui le remarque clairement à part les personnes liées à la mer. Je me suis installé un conky avec les phases de la lune et je remarque que l'amélioration du temps devrait + ou - coïncider avec la pleine lune dans quelques jours. C'est pas la première fois que je l'observe...

Non c'est une coïncidence. La vraie cause de l'amélioration est que je brûle un cierge à Sainte Miss-Météo à chaque fois que sa lune est pleine.
