Regarde au § 2 et début du § 3 > [Tuto] Pas de Wi-fi ? Eléments importants à vérifier pour désactiver le secure-boot.

BOnjour,

OUi le secure boot est bien désactivé

je n'ai jamais eu de clé bluetooth ! Avant les dernieres modifs de commandes, le bluetooth était allumé mais ne détectait pas les appareils connectés. Depuis les essais de modifs, le message est de brancher la clé bluetooth...

En lançant en commande :

sudo service bluetooth restart && sudo modprobe -r btusb && sudo modprobe btusb

ressort-il un message d'erreur ?

Dans ce bug signalé le 15/01/2018 > launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1743336 titré Broadcom Bluetooth brcm/BCM.hcd firmware not found, au commentaire #5, il est indiqué que cela est un doublon du launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bluez/+bug/1366418 Bluetooth BCM43142A0 doesn’t work démarré le 06/09/2014.

Je ne sais plus quoi proposer.

On peut faire machine arrière:

sudo rm /lib/firmware/brcm/BCM.hcd

Après redémarrage, le bluetooth revient?
Si oui, pourras tu allumer un périphérique bluetooth (de préférence un téléphone, les enceintes sont pas toujours bien détectées) puis faire

LOrsque je vais dans Paramètres le message a changé : dorénavant il m'indique que le bluetooth est désactivé, mais je ne vois pas du tout comment l'activer, en tout cas il ne parle plus de clé à brancher.

Quelqu'un pour une solution ??

Bonjour Nazel

Je suis parti en voyage avec mon ordi convertible et depuis nos dernières tentatives de dépannage du bluetooth je n'avais pas remarqué que le WiFi ne fonctionnait plus.

Du coup j'ai un message me disant qu'aucun adaptateur  WiFi n'est trouvé et les réseaux disponibles n'apparaissent plus.

Peux tu m'aider à dépanner ma carte WiFi stp ?

Je ai pas de connexion filaire à dispo et j'ai du taf à faire...

Tu n'as plus fait de mises à jour.

Le noyau 4.13.0-46 correspond à la version 17.10, maintenant périmée.

Depuis le 19 juillet 2018, Ubuntu 17.10 est en fin de vie (end of life, EOL). Elle ne profite plus de nouvelle mise à jour de sécurité et les paquets logiciels pour cette version sont déplacés dans des serveurs d'archive. Pour continuer à recevoir des mises à jour de sécurité, veuillez mettre à niveau votre version d'Ubuntu vers une version activement soutenue.

NI l'un ni l'autre ne fonctionne :

- Bluetooth : "pas de réseau bluetooth trouvé, branchez la clé"

- Wifi : aucun adaptateur wifi trouvé
