J'ai un doute que ton windows soit installé en mode EFI, et à mon avis tes problèmes viennent de là: toujours installer linux et windows dans le même mode

Déjà commencer par vérifier que windows est bien installé dans ce mode (c'est Boot files:        /bootmgr /Windows/System32/winload.exe qui me fait dire qu'il est installé en mode legacy), et si oui il y a peut être moyen de passer windows en mode efi simplement, ou alors passer ubuntu en mode legacy.
Tu peux ouvrir un nouveau fil pour ce pc avec le boot info que tu as fait, je ne suis pas compétent pour t'aider à convertir une install dans un autre mode

Effectivement, si tout fonctionne bien, alors tu peux passer en résolu (en d'autres termes ajouter [Résolu] au titre en modifiant le premier message)
Tu peux aussi installer iio-sensor-proxy avec

sudo apt install iio-sensor-proxy

afin de gérer tous les bidules annexes pour ce pc. (Accelerometers, light sensors, compass and automatic screen rotation)

Pour moi ce que tu indiques c'est l'état du BIOS. Le BIOS est dans ce mode là, avec probablement le support aussi du mode legacy (généralement le paramètre s'appelle CSM).
Pour s'en assurer, tu peux aller dans le BIOS à la recherche du mode CSM (ou mode legacy) dans la partie Boot, pour savoir si ton BIOS a seulement le mode uefi ou le mode uefi + legacy
