pour les 7 threads restants c ' est sur , mais comme on ne voit plus le 1er thread occupé a 100 % je suppose que c' etait juste apres le demarrage et que celui n' etait pas encore completement terminé .

Merci pour l ' explication sur les taches zombies , ce n' est donc pas l' origine du probleme , et j' aurais appris ce que c' est exactement wink


reste a voir le disque dur , si il est en bon etat avec les infos demandés par geole .

on pourrait aussi verifier quel disque dur tu possedes et ces caracteristiques de base :

sudo lshw -c disk

j'ai installé LXQT pour tester et ça semble plus rapide mais je n'ai pas eu le temps de faire des tests plus approfondis.
Par contre je vois qu'au boot y'a des erreurs. c'est dans boot log c'est ça que je trouve l'info ?

en tout cas j'ai trouvé la référence exacte et je ne peux pas ajouter plus de RAM : https://support.hp.com/ch-fr/document/c05602560
Par contre je peux mettre un DD SSD. ça devrait l'accélérer déjà.

Cette référence ne veut strictement rien dire  Elle décrit avec quoi  c'est commercialement  livré.
On t'a donné quelques commandes pour regarder la capacité potentielle.

sudo dmidecode -t 5
sudo dmidecode -t 6
sudo dmidecode -t 16
sudo dmidecode -t 17
sudo dmidecode -t memory
sudo lshw -c memory

Le plus important étant la première commande

J'attends aussi le rapport smartctl du disque

bon je passe en résolu :-) J'ai installé un HDD en SSD avec une installation neuve de Debian + LXQT et je suis passé de 10' à 20" pour le lancement donc je suis très content. J'hallucine même si la performance de la machine là.

On n' en saura donc pas plus , mais il ya fort a parier que le SSD seul ne fait pas cette difference .

Sur un ordi equivalent avec un HDD classique les temps de demarrage sont de l' ordre de 1 min a 1 min 30 sec quand pas mal de logiciels ( pas en snaps bien sur ) sont installés .

10 minutes pour demarrer tu avais certainement un soucis soit de disque dur soit dans le systeme ( soit les 2 memes )   ,c ' est pas normal du tout .

Un disque ssd, ça change tout. smile

Pour information, si ta machine n'est équipée que d'une barrette ram, ajoutes en une seconde ou mets en 2. Comme cela,  tu vas activer le dual channnel.

La bande passante de ram sera doublée ce qui peut améliora sensiblement les performances de ton système.
