J'ai utilisé le pc seulement a partir de 20:00 hier soir et je l'ai laissé allumé cette nuit.

EDIT : si c'est le cas, je vais te donner ce soir une commande pour avoir plus d'information du syslog. Dans le kern.log il y a une référence à l'usb et je n'ai rien trouvé de transcendant concernant le message :

Oui je pense que c'est bien le cas.
Ce n'est pas facile a savoir ce qu'il se passe car avec la taille de l'écran je n'accède qu'à une portion de l'écran restreinte (env 1/10) et ne vois pas toutes les fenêtres avec les messages d'alerte.

On va essayer de voir ce qu'il se passe juste avant 14:23:45 dans syslog (en espérant qu'il n'y ait pas eu de rotation des logs). Tu peux le faire à partir d'une session normale :

cat /var/log/syslog | grep -B50 "Jan 28 14:23:45" | head -51

Et tant qu'à faire, on va regarder ce qu'il se passe à cette heure là :

Sous ubuntu tu n'es pas sensé avoir besoin de sudo (alors que c'est le cas sous debian. Je suis surpris que tu aies eu besoin de le faire... Si besoin, rajoute sudo, comme tu l'as déjà fait.

Je ne vois pas ce qui ne va pas. Ca ressemble à un arrêt provoqué.

Les seules erreurs que je vois sont :
