Samsung C480W : scanner qui marche une fois sur 2

Bonjour,

on vient de passer à l'association pour laquelle je travaille une imprimante/scanner samsung C480W.

J'ai installé les pilote via APT (https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/inst … te_samsung).

Le logiciel simplescann reconnait bien que c'est une samsung C480W.
J'ai pu faire UN scan de plusieurs pages.

Mais dès que je veux faire de nouveaux scan il me dit "erreur de numerisation". sauf si je relance l'application. et encore pas toujours. On dirait un bug aléatoire.

Une idée ?

Il faudrait fournir les infos, pour le scanner > Tuto : les Informations utiles à donner lorsque j'ai un problème.

Bon des fois  c'est le scanner qui veux pas scanner alors dans ce cas là, c'est ces commandes qui sont intéressantes pour les aidants

Je viens de regarder blog.gruniversal.de/2020/03/30/samsung-xpress-c480w-unter-linux-mint

J'ai lu l'article que tu pointe (via un traduction). J'ai suivi les points suivants
- ajout de mon user au group lp -> change rien
- 

sudo cp /etc/sane.d/xerox_mfp.conf /etc/sane.d/xerox_mfp.conf.default

puis vérification que c480w se trouve bien là dedans ->oui

et j'ai pourtant encore ce truc qui une fois sur deux ne marche pas...

Dans la Doc imprimantes_samsung  § 3 laser_couleur_multifonction_clx_c_xpress, je vois un autre pilote pour le scanner.

Tu parle duquel ? suld-driver2-1.00.36  ? moi j'ai `suld-driver2-1.00.39` ? c'est pas la même chose à 3 versions mineures prets (et en plus plus récent ?)

Salut,

Pourrais-tu donner le retour de cette commande après avoir constaté un blocage ?

sudo dmesg

Utilises-tu la version 20.04, comme indiqué dans ta signature ?
Dans la positive, comment annules-tu le scan précédent le message d'erreur ? Via le bouton "Nouveau document" ou en supprimant les pages scannées ?
