Bonjour tout le monde
je veux faire une autre tentative pour installer ubuntu et je veux éviter les problèmes que j,ai eus la dernière fois.
pour cela , je veux fournir boot-info et j'aimerais être assister pour éviter tout problème.

réponse au #3:
oui et non.
non: parce que l'autre discussion a été régée car j,ai pu installer windows 10.
La discussion précédente est venue parcque j'ai mal installer ubuntu et j'ai fait des rreurs.
Maintenant, que le windows est installé, je veux faire une 2eme tentative pour installer ubuntu.
Je demande si en fournissant le boot-info, je pourrais suivre exactement les étapes è suivre pour être que l'installation se fasse et je veux garder mon windows.

Il s'agit d'une installation en mode non-EFI (mode Bios classique) donc la doc à suivre est ici : Comment installer Ubuntu en cohabitation (double amorçage) avec Windows
A noter que le paragraphe 5. Si Windows 8 ou 10 est pré-installé sur l'ordinateur ne te concerne pas : ton Windows 10 n'est pas préinstallé, c'est une installation de Win10 faite par toi-même.

EDIT : le paragraphe 3. Arrêt total de Windows est important pour toi. Comme il est expliqué, il faut toujours que tu quittes Windows par "Redémarrer" et non pas par "Arrêter" sinon tu auras des soucis de cohabitation. En effet, si tu quittes Windows par "Arrêter", il y a utilisation de l'hibernation par cet enfoiré et ça perturbe Ubuntu. Quelques explications complémentaires ici.

Opération 1
Lancer windows et déactiver l'hibernation. La commande en mode administratif est powercfg /hibernate off
Le but est de ne plus voir ce message

Windows occupe actuellement tout l'espace du disque. Il faut récupérer de la place disque.
Dans les anciennes versions de windows, Cela se fait par l'intermédiaire de windows. (sauf windows XP).
Avec windows10, je suis convaincu que c'est réalisable par GPARTED si windows n'a pas reçu de mises à jour de depuis son installation.
et probablement aussi dans le contexte "mise à jour effectuée".
Je te laisse choisir la méthode. GPARTED c'est ultra simple et cela récupère un maxima de place. ou par WINDOWS opération plus compliquée avec moins d'espace récupéré.
1) Faire un clic droit sur l'icône de windows (en bas à gauche de l'écran).
2) Choisir la commande gestion du disque pour faire apparaître la liste des partitions du disque.
3) Choisir la partition contenant le lecteur C: pour la faire apparaître en grisé.
4) Faire un clic droit pour faire apparaître la liste des actions possibles pour cette partition.
5) Cliquer sur Réduire le volume.
Je pense que dans l'ensemble on a intérêt à faire la réduction la plus importante.
Il semble que, par cette méthode, on arrive à diviser par deux la taille du lecteur C:

opération 3
Installer ubuntu en prenant le choix "a coté de" et sans les cases additionnelles LVM et cryptage.

Ajout
J'ai proposé de supprimer l'hibernation afin que le fichier d'hibernation soit éliminé afin de pouvoir récupérer un MAX de place. Plus tard tu pourras réactiver l'hibernation si tu respectes la consigne de REDEMARRAGE.

Tu as préparé la création d'une partition avec windows ? avec Gparted ?

Dans cet extrait, sur les 500 Go du disque dur, on peut voir qu'il y a une zone non-allouée d'environ 250 Go en fin de disque dur (après sda2) :

Normalement, oui c'est prêt pour le choix "à coté" qui nécessite le moins d'action humaine.
Nota, il doit détecter la présence de windows.

une derniere question,
lorsque je décide d'installer ubuntu,
est-ce que l'ordi doit être éteint et le dvd à l'intérieur ensuite je démarre l'ordi ou bien je fais seulemet
rédémarrer l'ordi en ayant préalablement mis le dvd à l'intérieur.
j,ai conscience que mes précautions sont stupides mais je ne veux pas rater l'installation.

Que le C: soit plein à 8% est jute une info.....
Comme tu vas faire un dual boot, il va se poser ultérieurement le choix pour toi de savoir si tu veux partager tes données personnelles entre windows et ubuntu ou pas.
Dans un contexte de partage, il est préférable d'avoir une partition dédiée aux données. très souvent on la fabrique un peu plus tard au format NTFS plutôt que EXT4.
Avantage ubuntu n'a pas besoin d'accéder au logiciel contenu dans C: et windows n'a pas besoin d'un ajout logiciel pour accéder à la partition EXT4.. De plus on peut remplacer windows et ubuntu en formatant leur partition sans perdre les données.
Mais cela n'empêche pas de devoir sécuriser ces seules données sur un autre disque en cas de panne du disque.
Cette partition sera vue dans windows comme étant D:. Elle sera éventuellement à créer si tu n'utilises pas le C: pour ce stockage.

Je pense que le plus simple et de mettre le DVD dans le lecteur pendant qu'il y a du courant.
Puis de mettre power off et de prendre la main dans le bios pour s'assurer des priorités de boot au moment de la remise en power on
Ultérieurement, on peut simplement faire restart lorsque ce paramêtre est bien réglé.
Ou faire comme s'il était bien réglé...

Bonjour tout le monde,
c'est installé mon ubuntu 16.04. J'ai pu installer le compilateur g++ avec editeur geany et ça fonctionne à merveille.
Ca vallait tout ce temps car je préfère de loin linux vs windows.
Je tiens à remercier tout le monde car sans vous, je n'aurais jamais pu le faire tout seul.
