Re : Je n'arrive pas à booter sur ma clé USB
Point 1

ensuite, power-off power-on ... pas compris

sudo dd bs=4096 if=/home/$USER/Téléchargements/ubuntu-16.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso of=/dev/sdX status=progress && sync

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub2 of sda1 into the MBRs of all disks (except USB without OS).
Grub-efi would not be selected by default because: no-win-efi
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair

boot-info is executed in installed-session (Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS, trusty, Ubuntu, i686)
Ta clé USB est montée sur SDC
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 9 Apr 21 21:13 usb-Kingston_DataTraveler_3.0_08606E6B6580BD71034905A1-0:0 -> ../../sdc
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 10 Apr 21 21:00 usb-Kingston_DataTraveler_3.0_08606E6B6580BD71034905A1-0:0-part1 -> ../../sdc1
Elle a bien un MBR normalement constitué
=> Syslinux MBR (4.04-4.07) is installed in the MBR of /dev/sdc.
Disk /dev/sdc: 7862 MB, 7862353920 bytes
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/sdc1 * 63 15356159 7678048+ c W95 FAT32 (LBA)
et un menu de boot
============================== sdc1/syslinux.cfg: ==============================
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
default menu.c32
prompt 0
menu title UNetbootin
timeout 100
etc.......
