[Résolu] comment installer et quelle version ubuntu sur PC MSI VR601?
Bonjour,
J'ai installé UBUNTU 16-04 64 bits sur un de mes portables et cela tout de suite fonctionné et j'en suis trés content.
Cependant, j'ai voulu installé une version antérieur sur un autre portable (fiche technique http://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00067459.html )
J'ai fait la même manip que pour le 1er mais je n'arrive pas à le faire rebooter sur la galette.
J'ai essayé la version 14-04 32 bits et la version 12-04 32bits.
Mais rien à faire même en allant dans le bios et en mettant first boot le lecteur,cela ne fonctionne pas.
Quelqu'un peut être saurait il me dépanner ?

Le lecteur CD est il encore bon ? est-il compatible dvd ?

Pourquoi vouloir installer des versions anciennes voire obsolètes ? Elle est pas assez cool la 16.04 ?
Je ne sais pas comment tu as fait ta clé bootable, mais avec un ordi de 2008, ya pas d'EFI donc la manière de faire la clé diffère un peu (avec Rufus par exemple les options à choisir ne sont pas du tout les mêmes)

Je souhaiterais ajouter ton modèle d'ordi MSI VR601-046 dans la Liste des portables « MSI ». Je te prie de faire un rapport Bisnext depuis une session de ton Ubuntu installé afin qu'on puisse voir les infos utiles sur ton install.

Je pense que tout est correct. Cependant, je pense qu'avec ton vieux matériel, tu aurais dû installer Ubuntu 16.04.1 au lieu de 16.04.2 parce que tu vas avoir des mises à jour du noyau assez lourdingues (*), sensées améliorer la prise en charge des ordis très récents mais qui risquent d'être mal supportées par ton ordi.

Si tu avais installé 16.04.1, tu serais resté sur le noyau 4.4 alors qu'avec la 16.04.2, tu vas descendre l'escalier (16.04.3 puis 16.04.4 puis 16.04.5)

j'essaie deseperement d'installer xubuntu 16-04-1 32 bits et je n'y arrive pas et je m'aperçois que mon PC est 64 bits ...
faudrait il pas plutôt essayer d'installer un xubuntu 16-04-1 64 bits...

Tu peux essayer le 64bits, je proposais le 32bits vu ta RAM (mais je ne vois pas de raison pour que le 32bits foire)

J'ai gravé xubuntu 16-04-01 64 bits sur un DVD et j'essaie de l'installer sur mon PC et je suis devant un ecran bleu clair ça tourne un moment puis ça bloque....au bout de 5 minutes...

ça y est c'était le DVD/RW qui avait un peu vécu et la version 32 bits qui ne voulait pas se lancer.
Mais la un DVD tout neuf et la version 64 bits tout à l'air de bien se lancer.
