Impression "Arrêté" ou "Traitement en cours"
Bonjour,
J'ai une HP Color LaserJet CP1215 et à part m'afficher dans "Tâches d'impression actives" "Arrêté" et "Traitement en cours", sinon elle n'imprime plus 
J'avais suivi la doc HPLIP en désinstallant proprement HPLIP et utilisé les fichiers [ hplip-3.19.11.run ] pour l'installation.
Mais il n'arrive pas à télécharger le "plugin" et dit d'essayer en installant avec [ hplip-3.19.11-plugin.run ], ce que j'ai fait mais quand je retente l'installation avec [ hplip-3.19.11.run ] ça termine quand même avec le message suivant :
error: The device you are trying to setup requires a binary plug-in. Some functionalities may not work as expected without plug-ins. Please run 'hp-plugin' as normal user to install plug-ins. Visit http://hplipopensource.com for more infomation. J'ai quand même pu ajouter mon imprimante et réussi à m'imprimer 5 CV puis, quelques minutes plus tard j'ai voulu imprimer un document perso sans succès : "Arrêté".
Re-tenté avec un autre document : "Traitement en cours".
Mais rien y fait

Est-ce que tu as exécuté ce que lemessage te préconisait de faire ?
... Please run 'hp-plugin' as normal user to install plug-ins. ...Peut-être que tes problèmes y sont liés...
Plus de 50 ans d'informatique, ça en fait des lignes de commandes en console, mais on n'avait pas le choix...
Excellente raison pour, aujourd'hui qu'on le peut, utiliser au maximum les INTERFACES GRAPHIQUES !

Oui, cette solution ne résoud pas mon problème
1) $ hp-plugin
2) "Download and install the plug-in from an HP authorized server (recommanded)"

2) Une boîte de dialogue réclame le mot de passe "root/superuser"
3) Une boîte de dialogue affiche "Plug-in install failed" ! Et dans le terminal s'affiche :

Bonsoir,
Le problème pour l'installation du plugin semble venir du serveur pgp.mit.edu qui ne répondrait pas à la demande d'installation de la clé d'authentification.
Une méthode de contournement pourrait être de tenter la récupération de la clé à partir d'un autre serveur, i.e.: keyserver.ubuntu.com, si cette clé s'y trouve.
Il faudrait donc relancer la commande du commentaire #3 en remplacant l'adresse du serveur mit par celle de ubuntu, ce qui donnerait:
/usr/bin/gpg --homedir /home/david/.hplip/.gnupg --no-permission-warning --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 0x4ABA2F66DBD5A95894910E0673D770CDA59047B9À essayer sans mettre sudo au début, pour être en utilisateur normal. Si la commande réussit à installer la clé, réessayer l'installation du plugin avec cette commande:
hp-plugin -i...toujours en simple utilisateur.
Je crois que ça vaut le coup de tenter, le plus grand risque serait simplement que la manip échoue ?
Si tu tentes, vérifie avant si j'ai bien recopié la valeur de la clé du #3 dans ma commande, étant présentement sur un appareil mobile sans accès au copier/coller

Je pense que ylag te demande juste de copier / coller / exécuter dans un terminal les deux commandes qu'il a listées en suivant les indications de son message...
Tu n'as rien à ressaisir ni à modifier, juste copier et coller. Et tu redonnes ici le résultat après exécution.

Tu n'as rien à ressaisir ni à modifier, juste copier et coller. Et tu redonnes ici le résultat après exécution.
...merci à @erresse, c'est clair et précis comme explication.
Pas certain que la manip fonctionne, je crois que la commande citée au commentaire #4 ne ferait que télécharger la clé sans l'installer dans le trousseau?
De toute façon, il faut récupérer cette clé d'authentification gpg avant de pouvoir installer le «plugin».
Si ça ne fonctionne pas, une autre façon d'importer cette clé serait avec cette commande:
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys A59047B9...et retenter ensuite l'installation du «plugin»:
hp-plugin -iPar exemple, ça donne ceci chez-moi sur une 18.04 pour l'importation de la clé:

Après avoir passé sur mon système les deux commandes suggérées au #7, j'ai tenté la réinstallation du «plugin» chez-moi.
Mon hplip set celui des dépôts de la 18é04 (3.17.10+repack0-5) et mon imprimante est une HP LaserJet P1006 qui requiert aussi le plugin, et qui fonctionne correctement après la réinstall.
Voici ce que ça donne:

third party suppliers may protect their rights in the Software in the event of any violation of these license terms.

Bon, peut-être réessayer ceci: Télécharger directement l'installeur de ce plugin sur ce site: https://developers.hp.com/hp-linux-imag … ng/plugins
Prends le fichier .run correspondant à ta version de hplip: hplip-3.19.11-plugin.run.
Pour l'installer:
bash hplip-3.19.11-plugin.run...à partir du dossier de téléchargement; utiliser sudo seulement si le script le requiert.
Concernant le fichier de clé en .asc, je ne suis pas certain s'il est nécessaire et ne sait pas en faire l'installation, désolé...
Il se pourrait que la clé précédemment installée puisse faire l'affaire? À toi de voir.
Il est toujours bon de consulter la page de doc hplip.
Ajout: ton imprimante devrait fonctionner avec la version des dépôts de hplip.

Salut,
Rien y fait
Même en désinstallant hplip, réinstallation, détection auto de l'imprimante + ajout auto de celle-ci, impression de la page test :ok.
Mais dès que je veux l'utiliser pour imprimer un document (peut importe le document), elle n'imprime pas
J'ai même testé l'installation d'une autre imprimante (HP aussi mais un autre modèle) mais rien y fait.
J'ai toujours les mêmes soucis
EDIT : Dans une machine virtuel avec la même version d'ubuntu (18.04) j'ai le même soucis aussi

Si tu as réinstallé la version des dépôts de hplip et que tu as recréé l'imprimante dans le gestionnaire d'imprimantes (system-config-printer), peut-être essayer de voir si plus d'un pilote t'es suggéré pour ton modèle:
Double-clic sur l'icône de l'imprimante, dans la fenêtre «Propriétés de l'imprimante...», à la ligne «Fabricant et modèle:», cliquer sur «Modifier...».
Ensuite dans la fenêtre «Modifier le pilote» sélectionne le fabricant «HP», puis recherche ton modèle dans la partie gauche de la fenêtre suivante et regarde si plus d'un pilote est proposé.
Si oui, tu pourrais tenter d'en changer et retester l'imprimante ?
Par exemple, pour ma HP Laser Jet P1006, il y en a deux de proposés:
«HP Laser Jet P1006 Foomatic/foo2xqx [en] (recommandé)»
«HP Laser Jet P1006, hpcups 3.17.10, requires proprietary plugin [en]».
Seul le premier - foo2xqx - fonctionne pour moi.
Pour info, ce pilote vient des paquets printer-driver-foo2zjs et printer-driver-foo2zjs-common, qui devraient faire partie de l'installation de base de la 18.04.

J'ai mise le mode de sortie sur "Niveau de gris" et là : rebelote
J'ai donc remis sur "Couleur" mais toujours pareil
