Problème adaptateur bluetooth KINIVO ubuntu 21

Bonjour,
je viens demander de l'aide car j'ai un adaptateur bluetooth Kinivo qui fonctionnait lorsque j'étais sur lubuntu 20.
Depuis peu je suis sur Ubuntu 21 mais je ne parviens pas à faire fonctionner l'adaptateur pour utiliser une enceinte bluetooth.
Comment puis je procéder pour que l'adaptateur focntionne à nouveau?

Si tu ne trouves pas de solution dans > [Tuto] Pas de Bluetooth ? Quelques solutions

Il faudra fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande :

uname -a; lspci -nnk | grep -iA3 net; lsusb; sudo dmesg | grep -i bluetooth; sudo dmesg | grep -i firmware; lsmod | grep bluetooth
dpkg -l | grep blue
rfkill list all

et avec un terminal dont au préalable la fenêtre est élargie, afin de ne pas tronquer les lignes :

sudo service bluetooth status

Conseils pour les nouveaux demandeurs et pas qu'eux

Tente d'installer le pilote Bluetooth Broadcom

Copy the following firmware file to system:       Copiez le fichier de microprogramme suivant dans le système :

sudo wget -O /lib/firmware/brcm/BCM20702A1-0a5c-21e8.hcd "https://github.com/winterheart/broadcom-bt-firmware/blob/master/brcm/BCM20702A1-0a5c-21e8.hcd?raw=true"

Then reboot or:                           Ensuite, redémarrez ou :

sudo modprobe -r btusb
sudo modprobe btusb

Je ne suis pas apte à gérer, il faudra si besoin, demander @Nuliel

Depuis la 21.04, rajout de sudo :

sudo dmesg | grep -i firmware

Vu le résultat, au deuxième pavé du #11.

Bonjour,
Dans un premier temps on vire le fichier

sudo rm /lib/firmware/brcm/BCM20702A1-0a5c-21e8.hcd

Et on le retélécharge:

sudo wget -O /lib/firmware/brcm/BCM20702A1-0a5c-21e8.hcd "https://github.com/winterheart/broadcom-bt-firmware/raw/master/brcm/BCM20702A1-0a5c-21e8.hcd"

puis tu peux redémarrer et réessayer.

commande effectuée et l'enceinte s'est bien connectée super!!! Par contre le son ne sor pas de l'enceinte.. j'ai été dans les paramètres de sortie mais l'enceinte ne m'est pas proposée.:|

Cool, la première étape (l'appairage) est ok. Tu l'as connecté en quoi? A2DP? Avais tu plusieurs choix?

Ensuite tu pourras demander à pulseaudio de sortir le son sur l'enceinte, comme tu l'as fait en allant dans les paramètres de sortie.

Ah, effectivement je viens de tester, je n'ai plus à choisir de mode de connection. J'imagine que le bon mode a été choisi.

On va essayer avec pavucontrol:

sudo apt-get install pavucontrol

puis tu lances pavucontrol ainsi qu'une vidéo/musique, et pendant qu'il y a du son, rediriger le son de l'application (par exemple firefox) vers l'enceinte.

sudo pactl load-module module-bluetooth-discover

puis voir si tu peux changer la sortie dans les paramètres gnome
