[Résolu] Bug : impossible de démarrer Ubuntu 16.04 après mise à jour

Bonjour,

Je viens de faire une mise à jour d'Ubuntu et impossible de démarrer... Ça commence à démarrer, m'affiche le logo Ubuntu (avec les petits points de chargement) puis ça bloque sur un écran noir avec un curseur fixe avec écrit juste au dessus :

Bluetooth: hci0: Reading Intel version information failed (-110)
Bluetooth: hci0 command 0xfc05 tx timeout

Comment régler le problème ou le cas échéant annuler la mise à jour et revenir à la configuration juste avant la mise à jour ?

Au démarrage tu sélectionne la 2ème ligne sur grub et tu sélectionne ton ancien noyau pour démarrer dessus et de la tu fais

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get full-upgrade

Merci, j'arrive déjà à démarrer sur l'ancien noyau, c'est un debut.
Par contre ces commandes ne m'ont pas permis pas de démarrer normalement, je retombe sur l'écran noir avec curseur fixe...

Bonjour à tous
J'ai rencontré le même problème et depuis la dernière mise à jour je suis obligé de passer par Grub et prendre le noyau
4.10.0-42-generic le 4.13.0-26-generic fais boucler la machine sur le mot de passe. J'ai essayé d'éditer le grub pour le modifier manuellement mais ce n'est pas mieux, la ça plante sur le fond d'écran.
Ces commandes n'ont rien changé
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get full-upgrade
Comment faire pour avoir un démarrage normal ?

Il faut que tu changes de noyau car le ...-26 est buggué

Pour cela il faudrait changer de noyau mais je t’avoue que je m’y connais pas du tout

Quelqu'un pourrait me guider dans l'utilisation de synaptic pour pouvoir supprimer le noyau qui bug ?
J'ai peur de faire des bêtises...
Je voudrais supprimer le noyau 4.13.0-26 pour revenir au 4.10.0-38

Synaptic te permet de gérer les paquets alors suis le 4.1 du lien ci dessus

Au lecteur qui tombe sur ce sinistre post : c'est une connerie que je propose ici parce que ça désinstalle le paquet linux-generic-hwe-16.04 et du coup, on ne reçoit plus du tout de mises à jour du noyau. Fuyez ! (édité le 23 janv 2018)

J'ai l'impression que c'est plutôt le paragraphe 4.2 Revenir à une version antérieure du noyau qui répond à la demande.

EDIT :
Pour faire ça avec Synaptic, il faut supprimer les 4 paquets :
linux-headers-4.13.0-26
linux-headers-4.13.0-26-generic
linux-image-4.13.0-26-generic
linux-image-extra-4.13.0-26-generic

sinon, tu peux faire ça en ligne de commande, tu peux copier toute la ligne suivante et la coller dans un terminal, puis valider par la touche Entrée : 

sudo apt remove linux-headers-4.13.0-26 linux-headers-4.13.0-26-generic linux-image-4.13.0-26-generic linux-image-extra-4.13.0-26-generic --purge

Après avoir supprimé le noyau avec la commande comme te le demandais malbo tu vas revenir à ton ancien noyau

Ensuite tape la commande 

sudo update-grub

Pour actualiser tes noyaux dans grub

J'ignorais que synaptic pouvait régler ce problème du coup j'ai appris un truc et je suis momentanément dépanné même si je sais qu'il faut attendre une mise à jour de Grub pour que le problème soit réglé en espérant que cette fois ça se passera bien.

Peux-tu passer la commande suivante depuis une session de ton Ubuntu installé : 

uname -a

et coller le résultat obtenu dans ta réponse.
Motif de ma demande : vérifier que tu as bien démarré sous le tout dernier noyau dispo depuis hier : le noyau 4.4.0-112 4.13.0-31

Je t'ai demandé le nom complet du modèle de ton portable. Comme tu ne sais pas le donner, je te prie de faire ce que j'explique dans ce post : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.p … #p11268521
Mais au lieu de te contenter de donner ce qu'il y a dans le champ "produit", je te prie de copier tout le contenu du fichier matos.html et de le coller dans ta réponse en utilisant les balises (voir indications de ljere ici)

La commande que j'ai indiquée dans le post #10 a entraîné la désinstallation du paquet linux-generic-hwe-16.04. La conséquence, c'est que tu ne peux plus recevoir les nouveaux noyaux pour ton Ubuntu. A court terme, c'est peut-être plaisant parce que les noyaux qui sortent sont bogués mais à moyen terme et à long terme, c'est une catastrophe et je regrette d'avoir mentionné cette foutue commande du post #10. Ce que je te suggère, c'est de faire un essai de la version 16.04.1 (*) de Ubuntu et si elle fonctionne bien en session live, de l'installer à la place de ta version 16.04.3 actuelle.

Bon !
La manip' en #10 n'a rien de catastrophique smile : elle fait revenir au noyau 4.4,
ce qui est une excellente chose (sauf dans le cas précis où on a un matos si récent qu'il n'est pas pris en charge par ce noyau).

En revanche, il y a un point bizarre :
apt est prêt à t'installer le noyau
4.4.0-112, alors que le dernier noyau 4.4 est le
4.4.0-104 selon ht tps://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=linux-headers-generic

Et tu n'as pas les dépôts "proposed" (à fuir si on n'est pas testeur) qui auraient pu l'expliquer.

Peut-être que la page de packages.ubuntu.com sera mise à jour dans l'heure qui vient, mais
/!\ pour l'instant, dans le doute, ne fais pas de apt-get dist-upgrade ni (ce qui revient au même) de apt full-upgrade !

Donc notons que le 4.13.0.26 n'est pas (ou plus ?) proposé.
