Apache2 Ubuntu - Plesk : Erreur template de configuration

Bonjour à tous !

Je possède un serveur dédié OVH avec Ubuntu 12.04 et une interface Plesk.
Je reçois depuis 1 semaine des messages de Plesk :

Veuillez résoudre les erreurs dans les templates de configuration du serveur Web avant de relancer la génération du fichier.

Je possède 7 sites sur ce serveur, aucun problème d'accès, hormis sur un qui renvoie une erreur 500.

Ma première idée serait de supprimer les fichiers de configuration d'Apache afin que Plesk puisse les re-générer.

N'ayant que de faibles notions en admin serveur, je préfère demander avant de m'aventurer ^^
