nouvelle perte ethernet
Bonsoir, après avoir tout réinstallé 16.04lts, changé de noyau le 4.8.0-51 generic. Je retente une maj :
sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgrade
sudo apt autoremove
sudo apt autoclean
sudo apt clean
comme préconisé dans un des nombreux post parcourus.
Ce midi je retente la diable, je redémarre le nvr, rebelote.
sur ce post on parle d'un bug avec un noyau différent https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=2006754
Une petite idée pour conserver un système fonctionnel.

Salut !
as-tu éventuellement essayé la 16.04.1 ? (noyau 4.4)
La 4.4 semble plus stable et pose moins de problème matériel
si j'ai bien compris la 4.8 est utile pour des machines très récentes (gestion CPU).

Merci pour ta réponse à l'origine il me semble être en 16.04.1. J'effectuait les maj avec le gestionnaire classique, tout bon jusqu'à ce post https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=2009121
J'avais une 16.04.1 live usb qui m'a permis d'installer sur le pc principal. Le gestionnaire d'installation me proposait soit de tout supprimer ou d'installer la version 1 en parallèle. Me suis tout bêtement dit que la 16.04.2 corrigeait des problèmes rencontrés sur la 1.
Là c'est revenu tout seul. Je ne comprends rien. A la différence de la premiere perte avec ifconfig la liaison cable était détectée bien qu'inactive (pas de loupiote sur la carte). Comme la première fois j'ai débranché/rebranché le rj 45, redémarrer la box, le nvr.
La premiere fois en live usb tout était ok alors que là pas de connexion rj45. Je pensais tout réinstaller à nouveau.
Et miracle suite à un énième arrêté / redémarré c'est revenu. Depuis je n'ai pas éteint.
Je pense à un bug avec le pilote réal teck 8169 ?
J'aimerais comprendre le pourquoi du comment. Le positif c'est que ça aide à se familiariser avec ubuntu. Mon cahier d'apprentissage devient épais

mon ubuntu a du sang normand, des fois oui des fois non. Hier il m'a fallu 3 reboot pour que tout soit ok. Y'a un lézard dans le démarrage de temps à autre mais comment l'identifier ?
En dehors de maj le système tourne h24. En général je le redémarre quand unifividéo ne m'envoit plus d'alertes et si le nvr est déconnecté de teamviewer (pas d'écran branché dessus). C'était relativement stable avant les 10 derniers jours et la maj qui m'a conduit à une réinstallation.

sans doute pas lié mais il y a quelques maj en attente.
peux-tu donner le retour de
sudo apt update
et
sudo ifconfig
xubuntu 22.04.1 sur machine assemblée base de Core i5 9400
