apt-get 'impossible de se connecter' [Resolu]

Bonjour,
je suis sous Ubuntu 17.04/Unity.
j'ai eu une panne ADSL.
Au retour certaines choses fonctionnent comme par exemple : Firefox, Skype
par contre:
- Thunderbird ne relève plus le courrier, Rhytmbox ne fonctionne plus, etc...
Si je veux installer gnome-Gmail j'ai: 'apt transaction returned result exit-failed'
Si je fais un sudo apt-get update j'ai beaucoup d'erreurs comme par exemple :     
Err:8 http://fr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu zesty Release
  Impossible de se connecter à 192.168.0.16:8080 :
J'indique tout le fichier du terminal après la signature en PS.
A noter qu'avant il me semble que l'IP était 192.168.0.16. Maintenant elle est 192.168.0.14.
Merci si vous pouvez me dire qu'elle est la source du problème et... la solution.

Je suis allé dans parametre /reseau .
Il y a la connexion filaire et SERVEUR MANDATAIRE !!!
Il était à 192.168.0.16:8080
j'ai changé pour Aucun
et ca marche à nouveau !!!

Pour ajouter toi-même les balises code à ton message #1
