[RÉSOLU] Mes. erreur avec le scanner HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP 283fdn
Problème résolu de la manière suivante :
Il manquait apparemment le plugin de la dernière version d'HPLIP. Je l'ai téléchargée ici: hp-linux-imaging-and-printing/plugins
Nom de Fichier: hplip-3.20.6-plugin.run
Je l'ai installé par le terminal en tapant : sh hplip-3.20.6-plugin.run

Je suis sous ubuntu depuis plusieurs années, mais je ne suis pas spécialement à l'aise avec les commandes via un terminal.
Mon imprimante jet d'encre étant en fin de vie, je me suis décidée à en acheter une (j'ai mis du temps car j'avais peur que l'installation ne fonctionne pas...).
J'ai commandé mon imprimante sur le site HP et je l'ai reçue hier. Comme c'est un modèle récent, j'ai dû installer la version récente d'HPLIP (j'ai suivi la procédure indiquée sur ce site mais je crois qu'il manquait une étape dans cete procédure... j'y viens plus loin).
J'ai donc téléchargé le fichier .run (qui s'est retrouvé dans mon fichier "téléchargements") et suivi toutes les étapes. Au final, HPLIP s'est installé dans mon fichier "téléchargements" (c'est là qu'il doit manquer une étape dans la procédure). Déjà, je ne sais pas comment faire pour le changer de dossier.
Je peux imprimer sans problème, mais quand j'ai voulu scanner hier, Simple Scan m'indique "échec de la numérisation". Un autre message apparaît "erreur d'ouverture du périphérique".
Ce matin, j'ai voulu ré-essayer, et j'ai eu un nouveau message (qui n'y était pas hier) : "driver plug-in required". On me propose de l'installer mais quand je clique sur "next", j'ai un message d'erreur :
"failed to install plug-in. Either you have chosen to skip the plug-in installation or entered incorrect password" (lors de l'installation, je n'ai pas refusé d'installé quoi que ce soit et d'autre part, on ne m'a pas demandé mon mot de passe pour installer le plug-in).

Bonjour,
Tu pourrais peu-être tenter d'installer directement le greffon en récupérant son archive *.run sur ce site: hp-linux-imaging-and-printing/plugins
Ça devrait se lancer de la même manière que pour le hplip-*.run que tu sembles avoir installé; si je ne m'abuse, ce serait le fichier hplip-3.20.6-plugin.run dans ton cas ?

Oui, j'ai installé le fichier hplip-3.20.6.run.
Je vais essayer d'installer le fichier hplip-3.20.6-plugin.run, et je vais voir ce qu'il se passe...

Bonjour,
Avec ton Ubuntu 16.04, quelle version d'HPLIP aurais-tu eu via Synaptic ?
Même avec une imprimante récente, la dernière version d'HPLIP n'est pas forcément nécessaire.
Il est vrai que je n'ai pas la même imprimante que toi ni la même version d'Ubuntu. J'ai actuellement une HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color M251nw, qu'elle n'a pas de scanner et que j'utilise Ubuntu 20.04.1 64 bits avec Unity.

Oups, mon intervention est arrivée un peu tard.
Pas grave, le principal est que tu sois arrivée à tes fins.
