Imprimantes HP LasetJet MFP en réseau: pas de scan sous 20.04 LTS

Hello à tous,
Nous possédons ici quelques imprimantes HP multi-fonctions connectées au réseau et, surprise, lors du passage de la 16.04 à la 20.04 LTS, elles ne sont plus reconnues par le "Numériseur de documents".
J'ai tenté pas mal de manipulations avec les membres actifs de ce forum (ylag, grigouille, ... que je remercie au passage) mais sans succès.
Imprimantes concernées:
- HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225dn
- HP LasetJet 3055
- HP LasetJet 200 color MFP M276
Nous avons aussi une HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 sur le même réseau qui elle fonctionne du premier coup. Allez comprendre...
Je note une différence pour la "HP OfficeJet Pro 6960": elle est indiquée comme "driverless" dans la liste des imprimantes disponible.

Opérations effectuées sans résultats probants:
sudo apt purge ippusbxd / reboot / puis hp-plugin -i (qui tente d'installer la version 3.30.3 et se banane sur le keyserver puis fini par un ""error: Plugin installation failed"
installation de python-gobject, python-pil, python-dbus, python-kt5 et j'en passe
Tests effectués avec et sans sudo et aussi avec les doigts croisés et une amulette. Rien n'y fait.

Est-ce que l'un d'entre vous a réussi à faire fonctionner une multi-fionction HP connectée en réseau à partir d'une installation 20.04 LTS neuve et sans opérer de modifications profondes ?

Sous Xubuntu 20.04, sans Hplip Toolbox (hplip 3.20.3+dfsg0-2) --->

Sous Debian Buster, avec Hplip Toolbox (hplip 3.20.9) --->

Edit : Mise à niveau 18.04 > 20.04. Réinstallation imprimante réseau avec hplip 3.20.3+dfsg0-2 (focal).

Installe l'imprimante réseau :

hp-setup : il trouve bien les imprimantes sur le réseau, je choisi celle qui m’intéresse et il tente l'installation du plug-in avec un download puis reboucle sur le sempiternel "Unable to recieve key from keyserver"

Au final, une page de test est bien imprimé mais rien à faire coté scanner.
Le "Numériseur de documents" voit les 3 LaserJet Pro MFP de l'étage mais est incapable de scanner à partir d'une d'entres-elles.

Ce serait pas un problème avec SANE plutôt que d'installation du «plugin» proprio...?

Sous toute réserve, petite expérience pour voir si certains fichiers du greffon ne seraient pas installés malgré tout: Vérifier la présence de sous-dossiers « plugins » dans /usr/share/hplip.
Ces sous-répertoires semblent créés lors de l'installation du greffon.
S'ils existent et sont «peuplés», ça pourrait indiquer que le greffon est finalement installé...?
Pour vérifier:

ls -l /usr/share/hplip/*/plugins

Il semble bien que le greffon ne soit pas installé.

À mon avis, il faut que tu arrives à l'installer, puisque ce greffon semble requis pour ton modèle laserjet_pro_mfp_m225dn ?
Il faudrait peut-être en tenter l'installation de cette façon, si aucune autre méthode n'y parvient.

Pour télécharger le fichier .run du greffon de version 3.20.3 dans le dossier courant:

wget https://developers.hp.com/sites/default/files/hplip-3.20.3-plugin.run

...pour en tenter l'installation:

sudo sh hplip-3.20.3-plugin.run

L'avis des autres intervenants serait le bienvenu sur ce point.

J'ai bien sur tenté -i, --qt3 et -qt3 et j'ai eu à chaque fois le même résultat (sic):

Il y a des paquets Qt5 disponibles dans les dépôts de la 20.04, mais je ne saurais dire lesquels il faudrait, ni même si ce serait pertinent à installer.

Merci pour la contribution en tout cas. Moi aussi j'hésite à multiplier les "sudo apt-get" et "snap install" sans trop savoir ce qu'il y a derrière...

Mais la, je suis un peu consterné par cette 20.04 LTS et sa gestion abracadabrantesque des imprimantes & multi-fonctions . Le type qui a fait ça doit avoir ses raisons...

Peut-être une autre méthode à tenter pour l'installation du greffon à partir du fichier hplip-3.20.3-plugin.run:
On suppose que le chemin absolu vers ton fichier soit: /home/mccoy/Téléchargements/hp-plugin/hplip-3.20.3-plugin.run

Lancer la commande:

hp-plugin -i

...tu devrais obtenir à la fin une invite de commande de ce genre:

Enter option (d=download*, p=specify path, q=quit) ?

...choisir « p » pour « specify path » qui devrait aboutir à une autre invite de commande du genre de:

Enter the path to the 'hplip-3.20.3-plugin.run' file (q=quit) :

...renseigner alors le chemin absolu vers le fichier ?

Ajout: Il faut aussi avoir le fichier hplip-3.20.3-plugin.run.asc disponible dans le même répertoire. Mais je doute que ça fonctionne...

N'installe pas un autre hplip ! Sauf si une imprimante nécessite hplip > 3.20.3.

HP LaserJet Pro MFP m225dn demande hplip >= 3.14.10
