réseau wifi, bluetooth bloqués - Dell E6320 - Résolu

Bonjour,
Je n'ai plus de wifi, ni de bluetooth. Je suis obligée d'utiliser mon vieux câble Ethernet...
Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'aider svp ?

Je suppose que la commande sudo rfkill unblock all que tu as lancé en dernier n'a pas fonctionné non plus ?

En ce qui concerne Network-Manager,  pour afficher l'état des connexions radio :

nmcli radio all

Pour activer les connexions sans fil :

nmcli radio all on

Voir si tu n'as pas une touche sur ton clavier, ou un bouton sur ton ordinateur, qui permet d'activer ou désactiver les connexions radio.

Sinon, regarde dans ton bios, s'il n'y a pas une option qui permet de désactiver le mécanisme de verrouillage des connexions radio.

Hard blocked: yes, cela signifie que c’est bloqué matériellement (mode avion). A priori, sur ton modèle c’est la combinaison de touches [Fn]+[F2] qui active ou désactive ce mode.

J'ai vérifié dans le Bios :
Wireless switch et wireless Device Enable
VVVAN, Bluetooth, WLAN
tout est coché

Ensuite dans la fenetre Wifi, le mode Avion n'est pas activé. En appuyer sur Fn+F2 ça ne change rien.
Dans réseaux wifi connus : il n'y a pas le nom de mon wifi...

Sur les Dell latitude e6320; il n'y a pas un bouton sur le coté pour activer ou désactiver le wifi ?
