[Résolu] Réseaux wifi non détectés (pbme pilote proprio ?)
Tout d'abord bonjour et merci.
MON PROBLEME : réseaux internet Wifi à proximité non détectés
MACHINE : Dell Inspiron Laptop 1525
CARTE WIFI : Dell Wireless 1505 Draft 802.11n WLAN Mini-Card
PILOTE ACTUEL : ndiswrapper-1.9 (via ndisgtk) + bcmwl5.inf (driver Dell pour Windows *XP*, extrait de R174291.exe/ROW - Rest Of World hors US et Japan -)
INFOS COMPLEMENTAIRES :
* 1) Mon matériel fonctionne parfaitement sous Vista (et j'aimerais pouvoir un jour définitivement transiter vers Ubuntu !).
* 2) Concernant la carte Wifi, il s'agit d'un Broadcom Corporation chipset BCM4328 d'après la commande 'lspci -vnn | grep 14e4'. Les pilotes b43/b43legacy drivers - bcm43xx par exemple - ne sont pas donc compatibles d'après http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drivers/b43.
* 3) Le problème persiste même après déchargement et rechargement de ndiswrapper (commandes 'sudo modprobe -r ndiswrapper' puis 'sudo modprobe ndiswrapper') ; voir http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=158055 (le pilote Dell évoqué dans ce forum - R151517.exe - ne donne pas de meilleurs résultats).
* 4) Un clic bouton droit sur l'icône Network Manager, après avoir coché 'Enable Networking', me donne une ligne 'Enable Wireless' grisée (impossibilité de cocher la case correspondante). Je me demande en fait si le pilote Wifi n'est en fait simplement pas "utilisé", bien qu'il soit "activé" (pour reprendre les termes du gestionnaire de périphériques) : voir la précision ci-après ?
Précision potentiellement utile concernant le point 4) Il me semble avoir eu un jour la ligne 'Enable Wireless' non grisée et avoir pu coché la case, mais sans résultat. Depuis j'ai interdit à Ubuntu d'utiliser des pilotes propriétaires (test idiot pensant que c'était facilement réversible) et il me semble que, en conséquence, j'ai maintenant 'Enable Networking' grisé même avec le bon pilote Windows wrappé par ndiswrapper. Il reste possible d'activer un pilote Broadcom depuis le gestionnaire graphique de périphérique, mais le pilote est alors apparemment inutilisé : 'activated but not currently in use' après reboot ? est-il possible de réautoriser les pilotes propriétaires ?).

Pour info (pour les détenteurs de chipset BCM4328) :
Le problème était en fait matériel et très bête : le bouton de marche de la carte Wifi avait bougé suite au transport de la machine.
Je m'escrimais à rechercher un problème logiciel alors que ndiswrapper+bcmwl5.inf apparaît bien un pilote satisfaisant pour cette carte Wifi.
