Pb démarrage suite MAJ noyau 2.6.31-15

Bonjour

Je viens de faire l'installation de la maj du noyau. Au démarrage, juste avant le splash, je reste bloqué sur deux écrans qui alternent entre eux.

Le premier

Stopping NTP server ntpd

Ca dit aussi "starting NTP server" mais ça passe très vite.
Le deuxième

Là j'essaye de taper mon login mais ça repasse instantanément sur le premier écran, et ainsi de suite.

Du coup là j'utilise le précédent noyau...

J'ai lu sur le forum UK que supprimer le paquet ntp réglait le problème. Je l'ai fait. Quand je démarre en Recovery Mode, le serveur ntp ne se lance plus, donc au moins je ne me retrouve plus dans le cercle sans fin d'avant. Je rentre mon login et mon mot de passe. Je fais

startx

et X ne se lance pas...

Voici mon log, c'est du chinois pour moi...
Précision, j'ai créé un xorg.conf pour régler la résolution de l'écran.
Mais tout fonctionne correctement avec le noyau 14 donc je ne vois pas d'où ça peut venir.
