Enemy territory TRES TRES lent

Salut,

Après quelques périgrinations, j'ai réussi à faire marcher la 3D de ma carte graphique :
ATI Radeon 9200 SE

Lorsque je fais

glxgears

je vois des rouages tourner très vite (ça ralenti quand je met la souris sur la croix pour fermer la fenêtre) et dans la console :

3462 frames in 5.0 seconds = 692.400 FPS
7435 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1487.000 FPS
7521 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1504.200 FPS
3774 frames in 5.0 seconds = 754.800 FPS
3084 frames in 5.0 seconds = 616.800 FPS

Lorsque je fais

fgl_glxgears

je vois les mêmes rouages mais dans un cube qui tourne et dans la console :

796 frames in 5.0 seconds = 159.200 FPS
1173 frames in 5.0 seconds = 234.600 FPS
978 frames in 5.0 seconds = 195.600 FPS
889 frames in 5.0 seconds = 177.800 FPS
1158 frames in 5.0 seconds = 231.600 FPS
1160 frames in 5.0 seconds = 232.000 FPS
1120 frames in 5.0 seconds = 224.000 FPS

Les économiseurs d'écran fonctionnent tous bien.

Lorsque je lance "et", le jeux ne se lance pas et je vois

dans la console...

Lorsque je lance

et +set r_allowSoftwareGL 1

le jeu se lance mais dès que j'arrive dans le menu principal, tout est hyper lent, je dois même m'y reprendre à plusieurs fois pour parvenir à cliquer sur "quitter" tellement le mouvement de la souris est saccadé...

Je suis sur un AMD 64 3000+ et voici mon /etc/X11/xorg.conf,
