en ouvrant synaptic j ai eu ca comme message d erreur

Ah ba oui il y a des lignes en doubles.

En effet, tu as plusieurs doublons.
tapes

gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

et supprimes ces lignes

# deb cdrom:[Ubuntu 11.04 _Natty Narwhal_ - Release i386 (20110427.1)]/ natty main restricted
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu precise-security universe
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu precise-security multiverse

Enregistres ton fichier
