Problème Sauerbraten, Freespace etc ... (lancement)

Sous feisty depuis peu, j'en suis à deux installations correctement effectuées (je pense) et un problème qui semble être le même: le lancement tente d'ouvrir une nouvelle fenêtre le temps d'une seconde, celle-ci se referme et puis plus rien.
Ceci a été le cas pour freespace version Wiki ou version forum ainsi que pour Sauerbraten version Wiki.

A toutes fins utiles voici un copier/coller de mon xorg.conf puisque d'un point de vue "feeling" j'ai l'impression que cela vient de là. Merci d'avance de votre aide.

Je mets un terme à ma demande d'aide. Non pas que cela marche mieux mais je suis sur le départ en vacances, alors je ne peux plus trop suivre vos éventuelles interventions.
