Configuration Redmine SMTP

Bonjour,

J'ai commencer hier a configuré mon redmine avec un server apache, le redmine fonctionne bien mais ... je n'arrive pas a faire fonctionner l'envoi de mail de notification. Dans l'administration il me dit cela :

Email delivery is not configured, and notifications are disabled.
Configure your SMTP server in config/configuration.yml and restart the application to enable them.

Pourtant je pense avoir correctement configurer le fichier , configuration.yml. Mais j'ai l'impression qu'il ne le prend pas en compte ou qu'il ne l'a pas activé ... voila ma config :
