probleme open arena

Bonjour

Quand je joue des fois il se coupe et je dois eteindre l'ordi pas comme il faut ! Pareil quand je quitte le jeu.

Est-ce du au fait que je suis sur la version instable qui sort en octobre svp ?

Bon je te le redis ici, copie nous un cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf et fait un dmesg.
Sous linux, pas besoin d'éteindre l'ordi en cas de problème, je te ferais voir ce que tu peux faire.

Juste une question... Utilises tu Beryl/Compiz/Compiz Fusion ?
Si oui, alors il faut les arrêter avant de jouer...
Si non, ben je ne sais pas...

Comment on sait qu'on utilise Compiz ou bery ?

J'ai téléchargé un jeu, Tux Racer, j'ai remarqué que c'était avec les jeux qui se jouent en plein écran, quand je les quitte, je dois eteindre de la mauvaise façon mon pc.

Ok alors quelle version d'Ubuntu utilises-tu ? As-tu activé les effets de bureau ?

Dans un terminal, tu tappes

dmesg

et tu colles ici le résultat. Tu postes également le fichier /etc/X11/xorg.conf

gedit /etc/X11/xorg.conf

Et puis, dans un terminal, tu lances ton jeu, je suppose avec la commande

open-arena

(à vérifier) et tu devrais avoir des messages d'erreur. Vérifies les options potentielles de ce "lanceur" afin de voir s'il y a un moyen de le lancer seulement en mode fenêtre.

Lorsque ton jeu plante, pas besoin de redémarrer, seulement de relancer le serveurX : Ctrl+Alt+Backspace

Lorsque ton jeu plante, pas besoin de redémarrer, seulement de relancer le serveurX : Ctrl+Alt+Backspace

non, faire CTRL+ALT+F1, se connecter, et taper "killall -9 openarena"

Ensuite faire CTRL+ALT+F7 et regarder ce que dis la console...
