si j'inverse les nappes entre les 2 disques durs, pour récupéré les disques ou il y a les OS en maitre, est ce que je vais perdre linux??
car tout va changer si j'ai bien compris!!!??
hda deviendra hdb...?
effectivement, les fichiers de boot de windows (ntldr ntdetect.com , etc...) sont installé sur le hda1, alors que win est sur hdb1, que faire??

Avec un éditeur queconque (Dos, Windows, Linux) editer le fichier boot.ini pour lui dire où se trouve Windows

multi : concerne le contrôleur (la numérotation débute à 0).
disk : concerne le bus SCSI (la numérotation débute à 0) et ne devrait pas te concerner.
rdisk : désigne le disque (la numérotation commence à 0).
Si tu as réinstallé windows sur le disque hdb, le boot.ini est ok.
Par contre si toute l'installation de windows a été faite sur hdb sans que rien ne soit installé sur hda, il doit y avoir un autre boot.ini sur hdb. Dans ce cas, pour test, essaye de régler le bios pour qu'il démarre sur hdb

j'ai enfin réussi a installer windows correctement, en débranchant hda
et pour réinstaller grub:
pas très très lisible, mais si tu arrive a voir installer grub.... je te paye un resto!
et je te jure que j'ai tout fait défiler, de bas en haut!!!

detecter le materiel
entrer dans le mode de récup
charger la priorité des questions
controler l'integrité des cederom
utiliser un shell
interrompre l'installation

Je vérifierai avec un cd breezy. J'utilise le paramètre expert rescue et il y bien la possibilité d'installer grub.
Donc tu as réinstallé windows. Tout fonctionne ?
Que veux-tu dire par "mon problème d'extinction d'ubuntu???"

mon premier problème .... ce pourquoi j'ai ouvert ce post...
clore la session==> ecran noir avec musique d'extinction d'ubuntu qui bugge...
Je voulais savoir d'ou sa venait?? si il y a avit un fichier concerant les choses qu'ubuntu fait a l'extinction, enfin bon j'essaie de resoudre mon probleeme!!! je suis vraiment paumé pour résoudre ceci

Ok. Et rien d'exploitable dans .xsession-errors, fichier caché dans ton répertoire personnel ?
Voir aussi, à toutes fins utiles /var/log/messages , Xorg.0.log, bref partir un peu à la pêche aux infos en l'absence de message explicite.
