mdp et easyubuntu

salut
concernant Easyubuntu:
* j'ai décompressé l'archive dans un dossier sur mon bureau
* le lance dans le dossier: gksu ./easyubuntu.py
* m'est demandé un mdp: Pour lancer le programme .easyubuntu.py vous devez rentrer le mot de passe root

je croyais que root n'avait pas de mot de passe?
quoi faire svp? hmm

Salut,
en résumé, le 'root' c'est toi et c'est le mot de passe utilisé pendant l'installation,
mais il faut simplement double-cliquer sur le fichier puis sur 'Lancer'. wink

j'ai trouvé ce qui clochait. Au lieu de faire un :

cd /home/pseudo/Desktop
gksu ./easyubuntu.py

J'ai rajouté devant un sudo neutral
hier soir j'en avais pas eu besoin, je l'avais comme décrit par celui qui a fait ce python bien pratique
merci encore

[edit] au fait, si tu avais utilisé le paquet ati inclus dans easyubuntu pour configurer ta carte, comme j'ai presque la même, je pourrais reprendre tes paramètres du xorg.conf ?

Chez moi, easyubuntu avait lancé un 'dpkg-reconfigure' à la fin de l'installation
pour me permettre de redéfinir le type de carte, résolution, couleurs, moniteur, etc ...
Voici le xorg.conf que cela a donné :

Je clique Easy Ubuntu

Il me dit
Pour lancer gksu ./easyubuntu.py
entrer votre mot de passe root

Je l'ai fait et refait, j'obtiens toujours :

Failed to run ./easyubuntu.py:
Wrong password.

Idem en ligne de commande avec :
gksu ./easyubuntu.py

Pourtant mon mot de passe fonctionne, pour par exemple, ouvrir Synaptic...

J'essaye avec sudo -s
