Plantage de Chromium au démarrage

Bonjour à tous,

voilà récemment je suis passé à la plus récente màj de Chromium (48.xxx) et depuis à chaque fois que je le lance, il plante en se refermant aussi sec, je n'ai même pas le temps de voir une fenêtre s'ouvrir, j'ai juste le petit onglet de lancement au bas de l'écran et ensuite ça s'arrête.

Je n'avais pas de soucis avec l'ancienne version que j'utilisais (38.xxx), j'ai tenté de le supprimer via le terminal en regardant quelle commande taper, puis j'ai essayé de le réinstaller par synaptic ou la logithèque, mais le problème reste le même.

Je tourne sous la 12.04 en 32 bits, et la première tentative de màj s'est faite via woolys, où il y a aussi l'explication de comment mettre à jour depuis le terminal. Quelqu'un peut-il m'expliquer comment revenir à une ancienne version ? Car depuis l'installation de la dernière de Chromium, Synaptic ou la Logithèque ne me proposent que celle-ci, alors qu'avant je n'avais que la version sur laquelle j'étais.

Bonjour,

Sur la version 12.04 LTS , Chromium reste sur une version ancienne dans les paquets officiels : 37.0.2062.120  launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser

sinon tu peux tenter de désactiver l'accélération matérielle

Choisir Paramètres

Merci pour ta réponse, mais durant mes recherches j'ai bien trouvé et téléchargé ça, mais le problème c'est que je ne sais pas comment procéder pour l'installation, quand je double clic, ça s'ouvre comme n'importe quelle archive et me propose donc un dossier avec plusieurs sous-dossiers et autres fichiers.
J'ai fouillé un peu partout dans ces derniers et ne trouve rien qui me permette l'installation

Tu n'as pas essayé de désinstaller, puis réinstaller Chromium par la Logithèque ?

Si je l'ai fait deux fois, et toujours pareil, je suis aussi passé par le terminal en utilisant la commande "remove/purge", par contre en fouillant dans mon home, même après suppression j'ai remarqué qu'il restait toujours un dossier nommé chromium.

J'avais quelques extensions dont WOT, Ghostery, Adblock (+ forYouTube)

Par contre le truc que je ne pige toujours pas c'est que quand je tente d'installer Chromium via un .deb, le chargement depuis la Logithèque se fait, et une fois terminé j'ai un message d'erreur me disant que l'installation est impossible car une version plus récente est déjà installée. Mais impossible de savoir laquelle, car dans les propriété on n'a pas de numéro de version, et j'ai essayé de regarder s'il y avait quelque chose en parlant en passant par le dossier config de mon home, mais maintenant il n'y a plus de dossier chromium.

En utilisant une nouvelle fois la commande purge, il y a ce message qui m'inquiète toujours :

ali@ali-MS-7519:~$ sudo apt-get purge chromium-browser

Pour connaitre la version du navigateur, copier dans la barre d'adresse : chrome://help/

pour chromium pas besoin de .deb : il est dans les dépôts !
