Depuis 16.04, Erreur Phpmyadmin : 403-Forbidden

Bonjour,
depuis que je suis passée à la version 16.04, je n'ai plus accès à Phpmyadmin et j'ai une page avec notée : 403-Forbidden

J'ai essayé plusieurs lignes de commandes, de suivre les conseils de certains posts, mais rien ne fonctionne.

Regardes dans les logs apache (/var/log/apache2 de mémoire), il y a souvent le pourquoi du parce que...
