Scan bluetooth down

Bonjour la communauté ubuntu,

Je viens d'installer ubuntu sur mon pc hp envy 13-d100 et je n'arrive pas a me connecter a mon casque ou a mon téléphone via bluetooth, mon pc n'est pas détectable lui non plus.
Je découvre les commandes unix j'en ai essayé pas mal suite a des conseils de forum si besoin je peux afficher des commandes.
Merci de votre aide !

Je précise que la commandes hcitool scan ne donne rien alors que dans le meme temps mon android voit mon casque !

Bonjour,

Il faut fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande :

uname -a; lspci -nnk | grep -iA2 net; lsusb; dmesg | grep -i bluetooth; dmesg | grep -i firmware; lsmod | grep bluetooth

sudo service bluetooth status

et :

dpkg -l | grep blue

Astuce pour copier / coller sans erreur :

• triple clic gauche pour sélectionner et copier une ligne entière

• clic molette pour coller dans le terminal
