[Résolu] Systmd-resolve à 100% dnsmasq à 50% depuis le passage a 17.10

Bonjour à tous

je crois avoir une config desktop assez classique sur un portable dell xps13. Bon une particularité peut-etre est que je continue pour le moment d'utiliser unity.

Depuis le passage à 17.10, j'ai une consommation permanent de 1,5 coeurs pour systemd-resolve et dnsmasq.

Ca ressemble bcp à [Résolu] Systmd-resolve à 100% qui etait sur la version 17.04 mais la resolution ne fonctionne pas dans mon cas.

une idee peut-etre ?

Oui. Je l'avais fait pendant la mise à jour.
Je n'ai pas de problème de réseau ou de résolution dns. Tout fonctionne sauf le cpu qui tourne comme un fou (ce qui déclenche le ventilo)

Perso je suis sur Debian et le fonctionnement n'est pas identique mais ces erreurs Permission Denied dans dnsmas ça sent l'erreur de configuration a voir avec les gens d'Ubuntu

Simplement pour info dans /etc/dnsmasq.conf je l'utilise comme ça ( à ne pas pomper bestialement ) simplement la fonction cache dns

Mais ca ne change rien au probleme, toujours le pb de consommation CPU.

La config de dnsmasq est completement vierge (enfin que des valeurs par defaut)

Verifies Networkanager

 systemctl status NetworkManager.service -l --no-pager

Tu peux aussi vérifier que d'autres services ne sont pas en échec

 systemctl --failed

pour lister les services

systemctl --no-pager

Visiblement il y a une boucle entre dnsmasq et systemd-resolved.

Et quand cette boucle apparait j'ai ce message dans

systemctl status dnsmasq  -l --no-pager

:

Maximum number of concurrent DNS queries reached

En ajoutant DNSMASQ_EXCEPT=lo dans /etc/default/dnsmasq, visiblement ca corrige le truc.
J'ai pas bien compris le probleme. Je marque resolu et si ca revient je relance la discussion.

avec
port=0 dans /etc/dnsmasq.conf
ou
DNSMASQ_EXCEPT=lo dans /etc/default/dnsmasq

on indique que les dns ne sont pas fourni par dnsmasq
Dans mon Debian c'est dhcp-client qui le fait car j'ai choisi mes dns et je n'utilise âs ceux de mon fai
dans ton Ubuntu peut etre l'autre service systemd-resolve

cf le code dans /etc/init.d/dnsmasq

Pour un nettoyage des résidus :

Pour supprimer tous ces fichiers de configuration devenus sans objets et marqués "rc", et uniquement ces fichiers,
exécute :

dpkg -l | grep ^rc | cut -d' ' -f3 | xargs sudo dpkg --purge
