J'ai fait plusieurs tests, je n'ai aucune fenêtre demandant le transfert.
Dans l'autre sens ça fonctionne nickel (c'est déjà ça).

J'ai fait le restart et redémarré, le mobile est à côté du pc. Mais pas moyen d'accepter le transfert sur le pc (dans l'autre sens ça fonctione donc la connexion est ok)

J'ai pas mal cherché mais je n'ai rien trouvé sur ce problème.
Peux tu regarder s'il y a des messages d'erreur avec
dmesg | egrep -i 'usbcore|bluetooth'après avoir essayé de connecter ton portable sur ton pc?

Rajout - Pour les cartes Broadcom , voir § 2 et début du § 3 > [Tuto] Pas de Wi-fi ? Eléments importants à vérifier pour la désactivation du secure-boot.

Tu n'as pas une option bluetooth dans le BIOS ?
Pour une carte BCM43142, il y a eu cette solution de Laurent76 > [résolu] Bluetooth up mais ne détecte aucun périphérique (et pas vu)
Rajout -et aussi > [Résolu] Pas de bluetooth- BCM43142A0 sur Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
qui renvoyait sur ces liens :
