Ça semble bloquer au niveau de apparmor
Il faudrait peut-être tenter de désactiver  ces profils?

[ ok ] Restarting bluetooth (via systemctl): bluetooth.service.

Mais après Paramètres système/Bluetooth j'obtiens "Pas de réseau bluetooth trouvé branchez la clé pour utiliser le blueooth"

Bluez semble installé en double: snap et paquet  .deb.
Faudrait sûrement en choisir un des deux et désinstaller l'autre?

Sous réserve de ce qu'en pense @xubu1957, je désinstallerais le snap de Bluez pour ne conserver que le deb:

sudo snap remove bluez

... suivi d'un redémarrage.

Une fois redémarré, repasse la commande du commentaire #7: dmesg | egrep -i 'blue|firm', histoire de voir si tu as encore des bloquages relatifs à apparmor.

Peut-être revérifier avec:

rfkill list all

Faudra attendre le retour de @xubu1957, désolé...

Bon par paramètres système / bluetooth toujours rien en revanche par le gestionnaire bluetooth mes oreillettes sont détectées MAIS séparément ; je n'ai pas de stéréo...

C'est fait.

Par contre le bluetooth est vraiment capricieux...Mes oreillettes ne sont de nouveau plus détectées par le gestionnaire
