Le Bluetooth ne s'active PLUS (RTL8723DE)

Bonjour,

Récemment, après avoir fait une mise à jour mon Bluetooth à cessé de fonctionner. Le soucis c'est que j'en ai besoin pour me connecter à internet via mon Smartphone, et la connexion filaire n'est pas pratique au quotidien.

Je me suis un peu documenté sur le Forum et je suis tombé sur un Tuto de Xubu,

Dans ce tuto mon soucis est cité (enfin je ne peux pas assurer que j'ai l'exact même problème hihi),

Mais le soucis c'est que la résolution date (2017-2018), de plus les infos données dans les liens proposés par Xubu sont trop complexes. J'entends par là que je n'ai pas à copier/coller des lignes dans le terminal...

Mon Bluetooth fonctionnait correctement il y a une semaine donc j'ai espoir !!

Bonjour,

Le noyau 5.3.0-26 semble défectueux. Teste avec l'avant-dernier noyau.

Démarrer sur un noyau précédent

- redémarre en tapotant les touches Majuscules ou Echap
- à l'apparition du menu de grub, descends avec la flèche bas, sur la ligne :

Linux previous versions

ou

Advanced options for Ubuntu

- valide
- choisis un noyau autre que le plus récent.
- valide et laisse le pc poursuivre son démarrage.

Salut !!

Merci de m'aider.
Je n'arrive pas à accéder à GRUB, ça fait deux fois que je redémarre en tapotant SHIFT mais rien ne se passe, quand je tapote sur ESC j'arrive dans mon BIOS (rien à voir à priori).

Si vous n'avez qu'un seul système d'installé, Grub ne s'affiche pas ! Pour le voir, il suffit de maintenir la touche Majuscule (shift) ( ou la touche ECHAP) enfoncée au démarrage de l'ordinateur.

Je viens de réessayer plusieurs fois rien ne se passe...

De plus GRUB devrait s'afficher car il y a plusieurs éléments dans ma liste des noyaux installés

Bon !

J'ai fini par réussir à accéder à GRUB, je n'avais pas le bon timing.

Je ne suis pas en dual-boot.

J'ai le choix :
5.3.0-26-generic
5.3.0-37-generic

Dans le doute j'ai essayé les deux, mais dans les deux cas le Bluetooth ne fonctionne pas, ou plutôt je ne peux pas l'activer

Le bluetooth pour avoir internet via le mobile n'est pas la meilleur solution.
le partage de connexion via wifi est plus sur.
à condition d'avoir la wifi sur son pc bien sur.
donnez-nous des précisions sur le pc et mobile.

J'ai essayé avec le 5.0.0.37, ça n'a pas fonctionné.
J'ai essayé avec le 5.4.0, ça à fonctionné.
Malheureusement un nouveau problème est apparu, je n'ai plus de wifi, mon matériel n'est plus détecté.
Cela m'était arrivée quand j'avais installé Ubuntu pour la première fois et j'avais trouvé sur askubuntu la solution :

git clone https://github.com/lwfinger/rtlwifi_new.git
cd rtlwifi_new
git checkout extended
sudo make install
sudo modprobe -r rtl8723de
sudo modprobe rtl8723de

Malheureusement celle-ci ne solutionne plus le problème.

Je pense avoir un problème similaire à celui-ci :

Mais la réponse proposé ne me fonctionne pas, à savoir :

cd ~/rtlwifi_new

make clean

sudo make uninstall

source dkms.conf

sudo cp -r * /usr/src/$PACKAGE_NAME-$PACKAGE_VERSION

Peut-être parce que nous n'avons pas la même version du noyau.

Pour te répondre Tmi,
Oui j'ai le wifi mais je n'ai jamais réussi a me connecter à mon iPhone 7 via le le wifi. Je détectais le wifi mais je ne pouvais m'y connecter. Il tentait de se connecter indéfiniment sans succès et ne cessait de me demander le mot de passe du wifi. Mais bref jusqu'ici j'avais contourné ce soucis.

J'ai trouvé ça là

En fait soit j'ai le wifi soit j'ai le Bluetooth, donc pour l'instant je choisis au démarrage le kernel correspondant à mon besoin, mais c'est tout de même embêtant.

J'ai installé le tout dernier pour voir, https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/m … /v5.5-rc7/, même problème qu'avec le 5.4, j'ai le Bluetooth mais pas le wifi.

Installe le noyau 4.15 et essaye le :

sudo apt install linux-headers-4.15.0-74 linux-modules-4.15.0-74-generic linux-modules-extra-4.15.0-74-generic linux-headers-4.15.0-74-generic linux-image-4.15.0-74-generic

Pour l'essayer, il faut rebooter et passer par grub en choisissant ce noyau

Je viens d’essayer, le wifi est de retour mais le Bluetooth est repartie... décidément c’est l’un ou l’autre.

Fournis, en maximisant ton terminal, pour éviter des lignes tronquées :

Avec le noyau 5.5 oui mais le wifi non
Avec le noyau 4.15 non mais le wifi oui

Au choix je préfère que l'on règle le problème de wifi sur le noyau 5.5 que le problème de Bluetooth sur le noyau 4.15
