[RESOLU]plantage bizarre

Bonjour
depuis hier, j'ai un truc bizarre, en tout cas que je ne comprends pas.
j'ouvre shotwell par exemple, ou paramètres.
et là je suis dirigé vers l'écran d’accueil de 18.04 qui me demande mon mot de passe.
une fois renseigné, la session s'ouvre mais pas le logiciel lancé.
Mais la plupart du reste fonctionne ( firefox, thunderbird, darktable ...)

J'ai refais une installation complète et même problème.

A vos avis avisés, c'est un problème logiciel ou alors ce peut être dû au disque SSd sur lequel est linux ?

j'ai remarqué que le plantage est effectif après la mise à jour proposée après l'installation d'ubuntu ...
je ne sais s'il y a un lien.

Tu devrais vérifier ton support d'install clef/dvd, quand tu boot dessus t'as une option "verification du disque". Si t'as au moins une erreur tu peux tout recommencer.

Sinon, t'avais installé des logiciels avant la màj post-installation ? Ça pourrait  venir de là.

Ta remarque est très importante. Ton problème avec ton installation initiale a dû survenir hier suite à une mise à jour (peut-être un mise à jour du noyau). Comme tu as refait une installation toute neuve ET que le problème est revenu après mise à jour de cette nouvelle install, ça confirme qu'il s'agit d'un bug de Ubuntu : il y a une mise à jour récente qui ne passe pas pour ton ordi.

après l'installation : j'ai juste mis à jour thunderbird et firefox avec mes profils sauvegardés.

C'est usuel, pas de soucis (sinon ce serait le diable).

Malbo a p'tete bien raison, mais as-tu verifié ton support tel que demandé ? Car en informatique un train peut en cacher un autre !

Quand t'as le menu essayer/installer, c'est quelque part dans l'écran une icone pour paramétrage.

Au vu des fichiers, tu as probablement utilisé sudo nautilus. C’est à éviter car ça donne la propriété de certains fichiers à root et peut poser problème par la suite.
Mieux vaut utiliser :

nautilus admin:///chemin/du/répertoire/à/ouvrir

Malheureusement, je ne pense pas que ce soit la source de ton problème actuel. hmm

tout allait bien.
je ne touche à rien et exécute la première mise à jour.
Et là même constat.
En fait le lancement de paramètres et de shotwell m’emmène sur un écran qui me demande mon mot de passe et ensuite le logiciel ne s'ouvre pas.
pour le reste ça fonctionne.
je me demande bien où est le problème.
c'est sûrement linux, non ?
ça ne peut pas être le bios ? ou un élément physique de l'ordi ? le disque ssd ?

Pour cette nouvelle installation, as-tu laissé coché ce qui est proposé par défaut à l'étape 7, c'est à dire "Demander mon mot de passe pour ouvrir une session" comme sur cette photo ? Ou bien as-tu coché "Ouvrir la session automatiquement" ?

D'autre part, je te prie de passer la commande suivante dans un terminal (n'essaie pas de la taper : utilise le copier-coller) : 

echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE

Et de donner le retour complet de cette commande dans ta réponse (voir définition du "retour complet" par cqfd93 dans ce post)

Le pire c'est que j'étais allé sur l'écran de changement de pilotes, sans aller jusqu'au bout de mon idée. En me disant que libre c'était mieux .....
En tout cas ça a l'air de fonctionner
