Imprime mais ne scanne pas! HP color laserjetpro MFP M183fw [RESOLU]

Bonjour à tous,
J'ai lu plusieurs posts avec le même sujet mais aucun n'a réussi à me dépatouiller de mon souci.
Mon imprimante HP colorlaser jet pro MFP M183fw imprime sans souci, par lorsque je lance un scan avec simple scan je reçois comme message d'erreur:
"impossible de se connecter au périphérique de numérisation"
J'ai tenté aussi avec gscan2pdf a tout hasard, marche pas non plus.
J'ai vérifié dans la liste imprimante reconnu et nécessite hplip3.19.12, le paquet installé sur mon ordi est le 3.20.3
...jusqu'ici tout va bien, je me dis! Et je lance hp-setup
Sauf qu'à l'étape add printer, on me refuse l'accès car je ne connais pas mon username +mdp!!!
Je vais donc faire un tour chez HP pour récupérer ces infos, je m'inscris... je caus avec un robot...ça m'aide pas beaucoup car les codes de mon tout nouveau compte HP ne semblent pas être ceux nécessaire pour enregistrer cette imprimante! Argh!
Suite au lecture de différentes discussions, je tente l'installation du greffon propriétaire avec cette commande

[hp-plugin -i]

je finis par ça:

Bonjour,

Sous toute réserve et si rien d'autre ne marche, tu pourrais tenter de récupérer directement le greffon de version 3.20.3 sur ce site:
hp-linux-imaging-and-printing/plugins
Ce serait le fichier hplip-3.20.3-plugin.run qu'il te faudrait. (Faire un clic-droite sur le fichier et choisir: «Enregistrer la cible du lien sous...»)

Pour tenter l'installation:

sudo ./hplip-3.20.3-plugin.run

...à partir du dossier dans lequel a été téléchargé le fichier.

Bon, ayé j'ai réussi à téléchargé le fichier sur mon ordi.
J'ai tenté la commande:

gwel@pop-os:~$ sudo: /home/gwel/Téléchargements/hplip-3.20.3-plugin.run

La commande « sudo: » n'a pas été trouvée, voulez-vous dire :

  commande « sudo » du deb sudo (1.8.31-1ubuntu1.1)
  commande « sudo » du deb sudo-ldap (1.8.31-1ubuntu1.1)

Essayez : sudo apt install <nom du deb>

gwel@pop-os:~$ sudo apt install /home/gwel/Téléchargements/hplip-3.20.3-plugin.run
Lecture des listes de paquets... Fait

Relis le commentaire #2; une fois le fichier téléchargé, il faut te déplacer dans le dossier de téléchargement avec la commande cd.
Pour toi, ça semblerait être:

cd /home/gwel/Téléchargements

...pour lancer l'installation, faire ensuite:

sudo ./hplip-3.20.3-plugin.run

Pour l'installation du greffon, il semblerait qu'il faille parfois utiliser sudo avec la commande hp-plugin -i:

sudo hp-plugin -i

Qu'en penses-tu?

Parfait tu as les droits d'administration pour les imprimantes.
Fais un peu de nettoyage. Lance autant de fois que nécessaire :

hp-setup -ir

Quand il n'y a plus d'imprimantes. Installe :

hp-setup -iax
