Perte de réseau Ethernet avec Ubuntu 18.04 LTS différentes plugs CPL?

Bonjour,

J'ai 2 ordinateurs portables Asus VivoBook sous Ubuntu 18.04 LTS qui ont le même problème de perte de réseau Ethernet en pleine utilisation (pas de mise en veille). Sur l’icône réseau apparaît un point d'interrogation ("filaire connecté" pourtant lors d'un clic droit sur cette icône). Le fait de cliquer sur "Eteindre" et "Se connecter" avec un clic droit sur l'icône ne résout pas le problème.

Ce problème n'a pas lieu quand leur ethernet est branché sur ma Freebox Crystal en direct mais a lieu quand leur ethernet est branché sur une freeplug (CPL). Ces 2 ordinateurs n'ayant pas de connecteur Ethernet en natif, ils sont munis d'un adaptateur USB-Ethernet (https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B07H2BRGPS/ref … 31_TE_item). La freeplug semble toujours fonctionner (voyant d'association avec freebox qui reste fixe). D'ailleurs le problème est reproductible avec une liveplug.

Du coup, j'ai vu sur le forum des problèmes similaires sur https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=2033458. Le problème est que lorsque j'essaie d'identifier le module réseau pour l'enlever et le remettre avec modprobe -r/modeprobe, je ne trouve pas le module réseau avec la commande :

$ lspci -k -nn | grep -A 3 -i net

En tout cas, les commandes ci-dessous ne résolvent pas le problème :

Avez-vous une idée de comment résoudre le problème s'il vous plaît ?

La question à se poser est : Lorsque ce message est affiché, est-ce que le réseau continue de fonctionner ou pas ?

J'ai déjà rencontré le problème sur une 18.04 et le réseau restait fonctionnel.

Non, le réseau ne fonctionne plus sur mon PC connecté derrière une plug CPL mais continue à fonctionner pour les appareils connectés sur ma freebox en direct. D'ailleurs, je reçois régulièrement sur le PC connecté derrière une plug CPL : "Echec de connexion. L'activation de la connexion réseau a échoué".

Il ne sert à rien de citer intégralement le message qui se trouve juste au dessus.

Le retour que tu as donné ne sert à rien, puisque tu dis que le problème se rencontre lorsque tu es connecté en filaire via le CPL. Donne donc plutôt l'équivalent lorsque ta connexion filaire en CPL dysfonctionne.

Je repose d'ailleurs ma question : Lorsque tu est connecté en filaire USB/Ethernet/CPL qu'il apparaît le point d'interrogation, est-ce que tu arrives à naviguer sur internet ou as-tu un message d'erreur ?
S'il y a message d'erreur, donne une copie de ce message.

Ceci fait, essaye ce qui est indiqué dans ce sujet.

Un problème résolu ? Indiquez le en modifiant le titre du sujet.

Pour répondre à ta question : lorsque je suis connecté en filaire USB/Ethernet/CPL et qu'il apparaît le point d'interrogation, je n'arrive pas à naviguer sur internet.
Je n'ai pas d'autres message d'erreur que ""Echec de connexion. L'activation de la connexion réseau a échoué" dans les notifications (rien dans les logs dmesg).

J'ai essayé ce qui est indiqué dans le sujet que tu cites mais le rédémarrage du gestionnaire réseau avec "sudo service network-manager restart" ne résoud pas le problème de connexion internet et n'affiche pas de log dans dmesg.

Bizarrement, la connexion filaire réseau revient parfois toute seule mais au bout de délai de plusieurs heures (icône réseau qui revient à la normale et connexion internet possible même en coupant le wifi).

Après une déconnexion de l'USB/Ethernet/CPL, donne le retour de :

Pour le résultat de Journactl, il faut que tu mettes ton terminal en plain écran pour ne pas perdre de texte sur la droite. Là, les lignes sont tronquées.

Je ne trouve rien à propos de la connexion filaire (USB/Ethernet/CPL), dans les log que tu as donné.

Par contre, si tu laisses le wifi actif lorsque tu branches l'USB/Ethernet/CPL, il est possible que le système bascule de l'un à l'autre et que cela provoque des déconnexions. Il faut donc que tu désactives le wifi avant de brancher le câble. Tu testes cette situation un moment, suffisamment longtemps par rapport au temps que tu as déjà constaté pour avoir des déconnexions.

Si je ne suis pas assez clair, demande des explications.
