errer entree/sortie scanner samsung scx 4623

Bonjour,
Mon scanner samsung scx 4623 est installé en usb.
Ma version d'ubunt est 18.04 LTS, depuis ce jour lorsque j'essaie de scanner avec gscan2 mon scanner est reconnu mais lors de la numérisation le scanner ne se déclenche pas avec pour message

gscan2pdf:sane_start:error during deviceI/O

Je possède un autre ordinateur sous ubuntu 18.04 et la connexion du scanner et la numérisation se passe normalement.
Je pense à un problème de permission?

Je réponds avec retard car je possède un deuxième ordinateur portable identique équipé d'ubuntu 18.04 avec lequel mon scanner fonctionne normalement.
Je pensais trouver tranquillement la solution mais il n'en est rien, je joins les résultats des commandes mentionnées dans le tutoriel.
