[Résolu]imprimante HP Photomart 6525 et Kubuntu 20.04

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai installé kubuntu 20.04 beta sans problème.
J'ai aussi installé, via HPLIP, l'imprimante HP photosmart 6525 sans erreur.
L'imprimante est visible dans les paramètres.

Quelques infos :

apt-cache policy hplip
hplip:
  Installé : 3.20.3+dfsg0-2
  Candidat : 3.20.3+dfsg0-2
 Table de version :

Lorsque je veux imprimer la page test erreur :

Searching... (bus=usb, search=(None), desc=0)
error: Device busy: hp:/usb/Photosmart_6520_series?serial=TH41K480VG05XP
error:  Unable to print to printer.  Please check device and try again.

Done.

Avec erreur :

Device communication error (5012)

désinstalle l'imprimante

hp-setup -ir

installe l'imprimante

hp-setup ia

Erreur :

E: L'option « i » de la ligne de commande [-ir] n'est pas reconnue quand elle est utilisée avec d'autres options.

C'est dommage, on ne voit pas la commande que tu lances.

hp-setup aurait changé ? j'ai dû mal à le croire.
Sinon tu peux essayer la version longue

hp-setup --interactive --remove

Il suffit de demander :

sudo apt remove --purge hp-setup -ir

C'est la commande pour désinstaller un logiciel.
On fait comment sinon ?

J'avais fait cette commande, mais il y avait une erreur.

Je l'ai refaite et là l'imprimante HPLIP est désinstallée.
Mais elle se réinstalle toute seule et je n'arrive pas à les désinstaller.

Alors, les news.
L'imprimante ne fonctionne pas sur la 20.04.
J'ai fait un test avec la 18.04 et cela fonctionne tout de suite.
Je ne sais pas si c'est la version de HPLIP qui est en cause ou un souci avec la 20.04.
Je suis revenu en arrière avec la 18.04 et tout fonctionne.
J’espère que ce problème sera régler.

Oui, j'ai vu la date de sortie.
Merci pour toute ton aide.

Par contre, je ne suis pas certain que cela sera régler....

Utilises-tu kubuntu ?
Si oui, tu as réussi à ajouter une langue dans les paramètres régionaux ?
Chaque fois que je clic sur "Ajouter des langues" l'image est "troublée" et n’apparaît pas.

Alors, comme cette imprimante ne fonctionnait toujours pas après le passage vers la 20.04, j'ai jeté un coup d'œil sur la doc.

Dans le premier encadre sur fond jaune, la solution est donnée et tout fonctionne très bien maintenant.
C'était bien un souci avec hplip.
