[Résolu] Kubuntu 20.04 : Lenteurs

Bonjour à tous !

J'ai de plus en plus de lenteurs avec mon bien aimé Pingouin hmm . Il ne m'avait pourtant pas habituée à cela, et je ne sais pas comment lui redonner un peu de peps. Voici ce que je peux vous dire sur mon matériel :
- Ordinateur portable LDLC 17'' acheté en décembre 2017 (seulement !)
- RAM : 4Go
- DD SSHD : 1 To

et le partitionnement que j'ai effectué :
- biosgrub : 2 mb
- swap : 6000 mb
- Racine / : 40 000 mb (utilisés à 45% : j'ai installé pas mal de logiciels)
- /home : 954 200 mb (utilisés à 46%)

Tout est lent : de l'ouverture d'un document quasiment vierge LibreOffice à la plupart des logiciels...

Suggested repair: ______________________________________________________________

The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub2 of
sda3 into the MBR of sda.
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s

Pour moi, tout est normal là-dedans. Ton problème de lenteur ne doit pas être décelable dans un Boot-info.

Peut-être que ça vaudrait le coup de vérifier que le disque dur n'est pas dans la coup ? Tu pourrais faire ce que j'explique dans ce tuto pour nous fournir les données SMART : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=1988280 (on pourrait comparer avec d'autres données SMART du même modèle que le tien, comme celui de ce post)

Curieusement, cette lenteur semble s'être atténuée...
Le ventilateur pourrait-il être la source du problème : il a beaucoup ronflé pendant les périodes où je notais les ralentissements. L'ordi a lui-même beaucoup travaillé ces derniers mois, n'ayant (comme moi) que 5 à 6 heures de sommeil la nuit. Et comme j'ai été contrainte ces deux dernières semaines à des activités éloignées de mon bureau, le PC a eu un peu de repos.
Ce sont les explications de quelqu'un qui n'y connaît rien, et qui croit que son ordinateur comme son chat ressentent les mêmes choses qu'un être humain  big_smile

Quoi qu'il en soit, le résultat que tu as collé dans ton post #6 montre un disque dur en pleine forme à mon avis.

EDIT : quand le ventilateur ronfle gros, c'est qu'il y a un processus qui est en train de pomper les forces de ton ordi. Quand ça se produit, tu peux ouvrir un terminal (en pressant les 3 touches Ctrl + Alt + T), en tapant "top" dans le terminal puis validation par la touche Entrée. Tu pourras voir le nom du processus le plus gourmand (il est en haut de la liste des processus)

C'est une information rassurante ! smile

quand le ventilateur ronfle gros, c'est qu'il y a un processus qui est en train de pomper les forces de ton ordi. Quand ça se produit, tu peux ouvrir un terminal (en pressant les 3 touches Ctrl + Alt + T), en tapant "top" dans le terminal puis validation par la touche Entrée. Tu pourras voir le nom du processus le plus gourmand (il est en haut de la liste des processus)

Je note ça dans mon fichier déjà long de "bidouilles sur Linux", et je ne manquerai pas d'essayer si j'ai un nouveau ralentissement.
