[Résolu] HP LaserJet Pro MFP m130nw-Scanner non fonctionnel
Bonjour.
J'utilisais depuis un an mon imprimante multifonction avec mon ordinateur HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC (Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) . Les fonctions imrimante et scanner fonctionnaient parfaitement.
Après une ré-installation d'ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS, La fonction imprimante est toujours opérationnelle mais le scanner ne fonctionne pas. Le numériseur de documents affiche le nom de mon périphérique mais lorsque je clique sur "Numériser", il me renvoie le message : "Impossible de se connecter au périphérique de numérisation"
En utilisant l'aide d'Ubuntu.doc je ne trouve pas de solution à mon problème.

j'ai desinstallé (hp-setup -ir)
puis ré-installé (hp-setup -iax)
sans succès.
j'ai installé le plugin (hp-plugin -i)

La version hplip 3.20.3 des dépôts réguliers semble installée, mais la commande hp-check proviendrait de la version 3.21.4 si on se fie aux retours du
commentaire #1.
Y aurait-il deux versions de hplip présentes sur le système ?
Est-ce que ça pourrait impacter pour la reconnaissance du scan ?
j'ai installé le plugin (hp-plugin -i)
D'après le site developers.hp.com, ce modèle ne requiert pas l'installation du plugin et est supporté depuis la version 3.16.11 de hplip.

L'imprimante est bien en réseau. et elle fonctionne correctement (elle imprime et scanne) avec un autre ordi.
Que me suggérez-vous ?

Il faudrait que tu reproduises la même configuration sur ta nouvelle installation si tout fonctionnait correctement avant la réinstallation de ton système ?
Cet appareil devrait fonctionner avec le hplip version 3.20.3 des dépôts sur la 20.04 et ne requiert pas l'installation du plugin proprio.
Je tenterais de supprimer toutes les entrées relatives à cet appareil dans le gestionnaire d'imprimantes (gnome-config-printer), puis essayer de la réinstaller via la
commande :
hp-setup -iaxVoir la doc hplip du forum.

Dans le gestionnaire d'imprimantes (gnome-config-printer) j'ai trouvé deux entrées. La première entrée a été effacée facilement. Lorsque j'ai demandé d'effacer la seconde entrée (HP_LaserJet_MFP_M130nw_88756C_) cette entrée s'est effacée puis est revenue quelques secondes après.
Faut-il utiliser la commande : hp-setup -iax

Est-ce que tu arrives à imprimer/scanner avec cette configuration ?
Si tu es certain de l'IP 192.168.1.52, peut-être tenter :
hp-setup -r 192.168.1.52...pour désinstaller, puis :
hp-setup -i 192.168.1.52...pour réinstaller ?

Essaie avec le plugin :
hp-plugin -iSi cela ne fonctionne toujours pas, peux-tu essayer avec une session live ?

Ça me semble bien installé, pourtant.
Si pas déjà tenté, puisque tu es sur la 20.04, supprime le paquet ippusbxd :
sudo apt purge ippusbxdRedémarre ou retente la config de l'imprimante.
...il me semble que c'est mentionné dans la doc pour les 'buntu 20.04 ?

Installe le paquet python-is-python3 :
sudo apt install python-is-python3...redémarre et retente l'installation du plugin ?

J'ai réinstallé Ubuntu 20.06.
Pour installer l'imprimante j'ai utilisé l'aide de doc.ubuntu-fr.org (Installer une imprimante Hewlett Packard ™ avec HPLIP (HP Linux Imaging and Printing))
a) j'ai téléchargé la dernière version de hplip (§ 7. de l'aide)
b) je l'ai installé en mode Custom (§7.2)
c) J'ai dû télécharger et installer le greffon propriétaire (§3.6)
L'imprimante fonctionne en impression et numérisation.
